CAA also is a bullshit inhumane policy and against constitutional values.. 1) its against equality principle of constitution 2) its against secular view of constitution.. And overall its against the very foundation, preamble and content of constitution..i will tell how..
The statement of purpose of CAA says "three countries" and "relegious persecution" and classification is based on these ground..this point will be challenged in court and supreme court will throw the CAA in waste basket..because if "relegious persecution" is taken into account, then naturally question comes why "relegious persecution" and not "persecution" only..Constitution considers equality to a PERSON first.. "Citizen" is an acquired one in this case.. Also equality should be served not only to a citizen but to a person or a foreigner or a migrant as per the constitution.. "Relegious persecution" by definition need to be attributed to "all relegions" irrespective of the majority relegion of the administration.. Because the relegion of the administration(country) can also persecute People of any relegion including own relegion .. The reason for that is it's not the relegion of majority which is persecuting people but the relegion of administration is doing that..Otherwise "persecution" cannot be defended well and equality before law can't be maintained...In addition to that the classification of countries will also face challenge in court..

It's better to prepare notes for yourself by reading either 'The Indian Express Explained' or 'The Hindu Text and Context' rather than watching videos from random UA-camrs. In this video, I can point out several things that were cleverly omitted by Alex. He neither talked about how neutral the collegium-selected Supreme Court Chief Justice is, nor about Article 324(2), which specifies the President's role in appointing Election Commissioners, with the caveat that this appointment is subject to any law passed by Parliament.
I would disagree that, better you look into resources at public domains (govt resources). What influencers do is to give their"fact" with their own perspective. Rhetoric wont help. Ofcourse if you have a left-liberal view it would feel so good hearing views like this and criticize govt. For competitive exams , better look facts by yourself everything is available in public, from CJI appointment through collegium system, and judgements associated with it , ECI as a constitutional body, appointment of commissioners etc... While considering the matter of the appointment of election commissioners, our makers of the constitution themselves prescribed that the appointment is subject to any law made by parliament. So there was no law till 2014, but now parliament has made a new law, and it isn't unconstitutional; it has to be obeyed and is valid until there is a new amendment to the law.
2. If the Central government, even if they form a committee that gives equal representation to both opposition and the government, I don't think there will be a consensual appointment as one side will always disagree with the other side, hence it will ultimately lead to a standoff.
3. There is no question of involving the judiciary in matters of the appointment of election commissioners as long as judges are appointed by the collegium system. In my opinion, if they are either elected directly or indirectly by the people of our country, then they can have a say in the appointment of election commissioners, only if parliament allows. (The real job of the court is to make sure that the law is interpreted and applied with justice.)
4. As long as EVMs can't be tampered with or there is a free and fair election process, and independent media, we needn't worry too much about the appointment of election commissioners.
5. On Maharashtra elections, not only does the Central government get enough time for the election campaign, but the opposition does too. That too in a state where the I.N.D.I.A alliance lags behind; they can capitalize on this time period if they want to.

Salute to Indian judiciary. Totally agree to most of the comments below. During the next BJP govt term, they will for sure change the structure of judiciary in india to make it favourable for the govt in the most lucrative way possible just like how they did with electoral bonds and EC selection. Based on my study i came to know slips in 5 vv pat machines in each constituency should counted .
My question is lets say in Trivandrum there is 7 assembly segments , so they will count slips from 5 vvpat machines from these 7 assembly segments that is 7x5=35 or slips from 5 vvpat machines only from trivandrum district .

I would suggest:
1. Team of opposition party must be enabled in selection of an Election Commissioner, after consulting with subordinate party.
2. Prime representative of opposition party, Prime Minister and Chief Justice of India too must be involved in finalizing the appointment of the Election Commissioner.
(Avoid Cabinet Minister)
We have been lost a Supreme Court Justice in an encounter manner.
Note: We are unaware of electoral bonds:sbi issue in Supreme Court.
