Absolutely! Yes, in fact, the book description is where you really need to anchor some of the keywords. The tough part is putting relevant keywords into your copy so that it doesn't sound forced or stilted. I'm always looking for ways to improve this area.
Self-Publishing with Dale L. Roberts speaking of best selling, the top five spots are always the kindle first books chosen by the editors. You should do a video about that and maybe look into how a book get in on that?

This should be seen by all authors. Many IM authors put crap in their book description because they aren't taught the value of it #LearningTheHardWay.
I'm always looking for ways to tweak my book descriptions. That's one of the advantages of being self-published. #stilllearningthehardway ;)
