I am updating my book description for Amazon today. The initial headline should match up better with my back cover description. I realized watching this that I can improve my description. It's about the readers. Thank you, Julie. Have a fantastic weekend!

Here’s my comment to keep my streak alive. Lots of pressure now that I’ve been called by name in a video. More good tips, too. I’ve been planning to buy KDP Rocket and this might be the thing that makes me do it.
LOVE LOVE LOVE IT ... keep that streak alive it makes my day!! If you do buy it and want to use our affiliate link it's: booklaunchers.com/kdprocket We really love it ... so easy to use and always getting updated!
OK. Mine is a bio. It is solely for my bio. So far, that's . But, I have a double version, meaning 2 different versions, and are not sure of which to go with.
For Children’s Books, this video provides support and an introduction to someone who can help: ua-cam.com/video/AOdJvz1ntIk/v-deo.html Also, I think Publisher Rocket has a description generator that might help: www.booklaunchers.com/kdprocket Hope that helps!

@@dplusarc There's a massive difference in content! The description is to sell your book. The introduction has a selling aspect but is longer and more foundational as to what a reader is about to experience.

So the book cover might be the most important... hmm... What is the most fantastic cover you've ever seen? how much does a holographic cover for a 6"9" cost? what about a solar powered LED screen built into the cover? Useful tips as always
Best cover really really depends on genre, category, and what the book is about. There are a lot I like ... but of our recent book launchers I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE Screaming for Pleasure by S.A. Bradley's cover. And Casey O'Roarty is about to launch a book that has a beautiful stand out cover too. So many good ones. I've never worked on a holographic or solar powered book cover though. :)
Hi - successful is a relative term. For one author success might be landing their dream client or dream publishing deal while for others it's topping a list or selling books every month. Also, just because someone works with us doesn't mean they don't have to do work to sell their book. Book marketing is a team sport ... All that said we have worked with many authors that have had some cool successes from Blow the Lid Off (Robert Belle got a Ted Global Ideas Talk which has been watched more than 2 million times), and Rob Berger who consistently sells his book, Retire Before Mom and Dad in large quantities every month, to authors who are in talks with companies about documentaries and I can't say their name yet!
I haven't worked with anyone under 18. I am not sure but I think your best point of contact might be to reach out to Dale Roberts. www.booklaunchers.com/daleroberts or take his course
Sure ... if you use it to clearly segment your audience. Like "Do not read this if you like cats ... it's meant for dog lovers only. And only the kind of dog lovers that will buy clothes for their dog and make them birthday cakes on their birthday." I totally made that up ... but if you do that for your reader and speak directly to them to alienate others it could work.
@@BookLaunchers I can hold whole conversations in music lyrics. My fiction series has a musical reference in every book. At least one. I cross 3 genres too.

Is it possible to add a description later on?
Yes although I really think you should do it right from the start.
Great Video,,, How much cost this Service about a BOOK DESCRIPTION and Back cover text
Excellent video!
Can you recommend a "Fiction" booklaunch company? I'm trying to locate a video on writing a FICTION book description. Thanks!

Should the description be written in first person or third person? I am getting different opinions on this. Good tips.
Definitely NOT first person.
This great.
But I wish to know are there difference(s), between a Book Description and a Book Introduction? If yes could you please say what?
This video might help: ua-cam.com/video/4XbgAVF_MII/v-deo.html

Can telling readers not to read your book create curiosity for them to want to read? Is there room for reverse psychology?
