With regards to sweat and body odor, you only get body odor when bacteria mixes with perspiration. Plus your sweat's smell also depends on diet. Koreans generally have a very healthy cuisine - lots of kimchi which has been proven to be beneficial and combats free radicals. So proper hygiene is always important. There's an insidious culture of being judged on appearance (lookism) hence cosmetic surgery is commonplace. This is why I consider myself lucky that I live in a country that places emphasis on achievement.
This is incorrect information because you're implying that you need to be "dirty" to get body odour. While it's true that the odour comes from bacteria, there will ALWAYS be bacteria on your skin. No matter how clean you are there will always be enough to make that smell if you have the genes for it. The difference is that east Asians don't have anywhere near as many sebaceous sweat glands which produce the fatty/proteiny rich sweat that produces the smell. It has nothing to do with cultural diets or personal hygiene.

13~14 : need special work permit
15~ : can get a part time job except for some places like karaoke, convenience store etc
