Great short film. He's like a Young John Wick!
The set up was pretty realistic. A good-natured, physically fit young guy like him might well stop to offer roadside assistance, because young men feel invulnerable in the world -- until they get mugged!
In his house, I suppose he panicked and didn't think of calling 9-1-1...
Then it started becoming more of a pure nightmare, in which you try to do things but you can't, because you're in a bad dream. With that, there's a lesser degree of realism, I think. He quickly retrieves his unloaded pistol, but cannot find the ammunition or get it loaded, apparently. Then the intruder inexplicably appears inside the bedroom.
Our guy runs out of the house, which seems smart enough. At that moment, it reminded me of the superb horror film "It Follows".
But then I was confused, because I thought he was pounding on a neighbor's door--why would he pound on his own door, right? But then he ends up in his own house again.
Funny, the intruder reminds me of Brandon Lee's "The Crow," and it sounds like our guy, when he gets back in the house, is calling "Draven..! Draven!"... and wasn't The Crow's real name Eric Draven?? Hmmm.....
The ending is more of a nightmare, now with multiple intruders, or multiples of the same intruder, Our hero does not put up much of a fight, sadly. 😢

WHAT STUFF? MADE NO SENSE.
Main guy was good looking and had a realistic role/archetype. The story/scenario feels realistic and it left me feeling unsettled with how believeable of a situation it could be these days. Thanks for sharing!
I LOVE the camera work! The angles and lighting are so, so good! You made the actor, who we can tell is tall by how close his head is to the door frame top lol, still look vulnerable. And he did a great job of acting panicked/scared without overdoing it. There's so many great shots, you all REALLY studied how to set the ambience and make use of set space in angles to make the viewer wary of something lurking around a corner. I think the not knowing "Why", beyond him being a reg guy who stopped to help a stranger is also unsettling. Bravo

He tried. That's why it's called Confined. He is in some kind of physical loop that won't allow him to run anywhere but back to the same location.

Just like Turin said. He was trying to go to his neighbor's house. After getting inside, he yelled out his neighbor's name (Brandon, I think?). Then he immediately realized he was back inside his house.
Couldn't you at least, gave him back a one up for following him to your home? Where you think twice before you follow a stranger home?.
Not bad for a first short film . But maybe instead of getting out of his truck in the very beginning he shouldve just mind his business i know he was trying to be a good Samaritan but he shouldve just kept on driving . I know thats what i wouldve done .but this was very good good luck on more future film making the future looks real bright

The title of this movie could be “When bad things happen to stupid people.” A person of average intelligence out alone at night would know better than to stop and try to offer assistance to someone who doesn’t even have their emergency flashers on. I wouldn’t even stop for a hot babe in a bikini at that time of night; I would just call 911 and continue on my way. Too many carjacking victims.

I admit I laughed a couple of times during this. Why in the hell is it that victims in horror movies, if getting suffocated w/a plastic bag or Saran Wrap AND have their hands free - WHY THE F don't they just poke a hole or two in the bag/wrap w/their free hands?! Arghhh!! Drives me nuts!! 😂 But we all know that most characters in horror movies usually don't make the best decisions (aka they are dumber than dumb!), which sadly leads them to their deaths a lot more quickly...😭😫

Well, I'm confused. How is it that he went outside, ran around, then went right back in his own place? I thought he was going elsewhere to find help and I didn't see him turn around.

Sighhhhh. The way that he put the gun down was dumb and the way that he was searching for bullets was dumb. I was daying to myslef that the person wasn't that far from a gas station and he should have just called the cops about the stopped car and parjed his own vehicle in the garage🤔🙃😂😂🤭😌

Not to criticize you guys but you guys make pretty good videos but why does this guy have stripper music on the radio for one never wants to you turn on the radio and hear music with no words that sounds like this with the same five or six Rifts repeating every few seconds this is straight up stripper music also who puts a gun away somewhere and doesn't know where his bullets are like to this day I know where my gun and my bullets are I can go right to him I don't have to look for anything and tell me how he doesn't have a cell phone cell phones are a dime a dozen they're laying around like pennies and dollars you mean to tell me he doesn't have a cell phone readily to call the cops or anything how does he not have a cell phone
