    When I say "keep the prompts short" - that is for the prompts in THIS video, not in general ;)

    Thanks for the tips! You must also try "origami figurine, paper model, young handsome woman, table, macro photgraphy, shallow depth of field, 50mm lens, f1.2 --ar 3:4 --test --creative". You can see it getting ore and more creases while it's developing... AMAZING!

      Pretty cool! I actually also had a Origami Prompt for this video, but didn't want to pack to many into one clip. Check this out: www.midjourney.com/app/jobs/52e3ce12-2073-44c6-863e-284b36799603/

    This is amazing, I was walking my dog, and thinking about this new toy I discovered and had me addicted ofcourse, and I wondered how other people manage to make images of people or animals etc, that aren't crooked, or missing parts etc... And when I got back, I figured, let's watch some youtube films, to learn more about all the processes... And what do you know, here it is, you explained it... --test... Woooww, what a revelation!! I love your videos, will have to watch all of them about midjourney, and take notes 😉🤣🤣🤣

    Swapping out the material for the "Carved in..." prompts results in some interesting renders. Carved in Onyx is spectacular. Thanks for the inspiration, love your vids.

    Not sure if anyone else has mentioned this, but action figure works pretty well too. It'll either (usually) make it look like a toy figure, joints and all, or a figurine, at least in my experience. That bobblehead one, hooked!

    Olivio, please tell me how to yous my on photography, painting sketch or reference picture to creat over painting by Midjourney. Usually i make opposite.I mean if i can transfer those pictures to Midjourney, creat the prompt so to come with new idea around my on idea. My God, i hope you understand what i mean 😅

    Thank you, Olivio! It's very inspiring as usual. Recently, I'm into Renaissance / baroque portraits - and it's so addictive: I try and try again. Each new variation gives new background features, new clothing etc.

    Olivio, as guy with are playing a lot with both Midjourney and Stable Diffusion I can tell you - prompts are important, but not so much. Your knowledge and design talents as well as inpainting and understanding how far you can allow AI to go - this is that allow to make real art.
    You can write me (see profile email) so I can show you things that are different from almost everything you saw made using such systems.
    I comment here because video is also more focused on art.
    But important thing about art - you must be like good cook, be able to make that you intended no matter that.
    And single prompt is not it, usually.

    Thank you for this tricks. By the way... I was playing for a white with Midjourney and it is beautiful and powerful but... It botters me a lot that faces are always the same. When I introduce a simple prompt like "beauty man" or "beauty woman" they look always the same man or woman. It is so consistent! But I'll get frustrated if I want a different output. Also, it is bothering me a lot that a "handsome man" always returns a caucasian man. And finally, it is so annoying how it underrepresent women comparing with man. It is like it was trained to be caucasian-male-normative. I hope they modify the code or... I'm sure I will move to any other open-minded AI generator.

    • @OlivioSarikas
      @OlivioSarikas  2 роки тому +1

      you can specify black man or french man or other words to get different faces.

    • @maiskorrel
      @maiskorrel 2 роки тому +1

      Yeah there are simply way more photo's of caucasian looking people on the internet and therfor in the training data. so a caucasian is the default, but you can put any ethnicity as prompt like ghanian, nigerian, african, chinese, korean, indonesian etc and it will change ;)

    • @OlivioSarikas
      @OlivioSarikas  2 роки тому

      @@maiskorrel I think, at least with Midjourney it is also very much based on what the user base votes for on the results and who can afford to pay the $30 per month at the moment. So this is a social-economical bias. Midjourney is trying to fix that though, but their team is pretty small at the moment
