Very high expectations since Mystic Messenger was a mega hit. But unlike MM, if you have to talk to only "one guy" for several months everyday, I wonder how many users will be that patient. The guy must be super charming...lol

And yes, currently only one guy is available but Cheritz has indicated on their website that additional characters will be added in future updates.
I tried the beta back in 2019 I think and yeah you only had one guy but he was so charming and lovely to talk to ♡
I wish they had done exactly this but with the MM characters :( Being able to have sweet chats/calls with Saeyoung everyday is what I've been asking for for years 😢 I want wholesome days after all the drama in MM.

Guys, this game is super healing because you get to play it at your own pace unlike MM where you can missed out on chats and have consequences, this game doesn't! TEO (the guy's name) will send you messages according to your schedule so you can expect a sweet good morning and good night messages from him

Ahh.. it’s sad to see that the era of MM is now coming to an official close, as its been my favorite game since I was 15. However, I’m excited to see where Cheritz goes with this upcoming game, and while Zen will forever be my special ssum-one, Teo looks like a total sweetheart. Additionally, based off how Cheritz has described the game so far, it seems like we’ll get to experience a slow burn type of relationship with him, which sounds like a lot of fun.

The beta was out in only India and Malaysia. So they probably hadn't gotten the gist of it, glad they're excited about it though!

@@SeraidenAF Lol we all had high expectations from Cheritz 😂 It's funny that the Ssum is even more expensive than Dandelion and Nameless combined, where those two are pure visual novels. Meanwhile the Ssum is literally just a cash grab! I quit. Teo is bland anyways. He can ghost me for all I care!

Guys it has been delay. Apparently the game is complete but they're having issue with shortage of staff. Because of covid 19, so that game isn't gonna be release until possibly late this year. God I been waiting for this game to come out for years. I really hope I don't have to wait another four years.
I just got the notification for this and I fully had no idea Cheritz was producing another Messenger Otome game. I am super hyped now reading everyone's comments and learning more about it. MysMes will forever have my digital heart and 707 will be one of the true loves of my life, but I am excited to meet Teo and the new characters!! ^^ ☆☆.

May I say that my first very loose theory is that the guy is an ai that was created by the Lab and not an actual person, alas one of the April fools DLC endings in MysMe... just had to put that out there xD

@@chowsingsong2871 tbh I'm not surprised if that *IS* V. when I played the beta version years ago, Teo mentioned many characters from MM, like no.2 LOLOL player and Jumin's father, which means they probably are in the same universe
No it's one guy, TEO. It is indicated at the beginning of the video that he likes photography. Look at his eyebrows and haircut :)
In the video and website we can see that he can also have pink hair, blue or violet eyes too, so why not mint hair too?

I've been an avid otome game lover since I was 14 and had been following cheritz every game since dandelion came out. I had never played an otome game as emotionally investing and engaging till I came across this company. And now that Im 26 and have stopped playing games as life got busy, I'm still here looking forward to Cheritz new game release. Even though I know I won't get to play it as much like I used to when I was younger, I'm still very excited and can't wait for ssum to come out🌸☺️

i really hope y'all reconsider the overpriced subscription. many of us would be happy to throw some money your way in the form of either a one-time purchase like mysmes or a *reasonable* monthly sub, but $20 a month for a mobile game is insane. my wow sub only costs $15 a month, and that's a whole ass mmo with hundreds of hours of content.
I wonder if that includes just game goods. I mean, I wanna experience a gameplay like MysMe, I dont wanna pay for the game itself cause well... I dont think everyone can spend their money to games ^^;;

I’m on day 4 playing #TheSsum It’s so different from any game I’ve played before. There are glitches and bugs still being worked out but the gameplay is still addicting. It’s more public forum than otome at this point but the farming feature
Is really fun and I’ve enjoyed my time playing thus far.

since "secret lab" is added to the title i think SSUM is derived from Cheritz's long lost Lynn Project (also Lynn Project was announced before white day in 2014 just like SSUM on white day 2018 soo)
