  • Emilio Estevez will forever be remembered for being one of the members of the Brat Pack. The Brat Pack was a nickname given to the group of actors in the '80s that included Anthony Michael Hall, Rob Lowe, Demi Moore, Judd Nelson, Molly Ringwald, and Ally Sheedy.
    They frequently appeared together in teen coming-of-age films. Estevez gained prominence from these movies, and particularly from The Breakfast Club and St. Elmo’s Fire. They made him one of Hollywood’s most prominent stars.
    Today, however, Estevez is essentially nowhere to be seen. What has happened to Gordon Bombay from The Mighty Ducks or Billy the Kid from Young Guns? Here's the real reason you don't hear from Emilio Estevez anymore.

    What can I say? I like Emilio Estevez

  • @jaeshasway
    @jaeshasway 7 років тому +129

    Wow! I always thought Charlie looked more like his father, but as Emilio has aged, he's the splitting image of Martin Sheen. They really need to do some sort of family biopic movie or series. All of them have very colorful and interesting lives that would make for good TV drama.

    I always thought Emilio was a sweet down to earth guy. Paula Abdul said “He was the best really!” And always showered her with gifts. Seems like a really decent human being who is just trying to do what’s right for himself. I still love him in The Breakfast Club!!

    Hope he checked this out--there should be more fair, informative coverage like this of people with integrity and talent like him. Bobby was one of my favourite films of all time and The Way, so different, is no less mesmerising. It's so special when people have the courage to make a film in the best way for their subject(and choose a subject which clearly matters to them) rather than following a Hollywood formula. His work on TV's Cold Case is also memorable.
