Well, the Dragon Lady is actually a Trans Woman so she kind of almost got it right on that one. The rest are just so non-existent (age) or look preferences (alien guy). That woman is so ignorant. I started crying when she laughed about the dragon lady. Her name is Tiamat. Yes, it is strange to identify as a dragon, and she knows that. She was abused by her father, raped several times, and abandoned by her family (including her own mother) for being gay. Last I knew she hadnt talked to her son in about 6 years. He's loved dragons his entire life. She transformed herself into a dragon as a defense mechanism (her words) because she hates the way humans have treated her and others. She wants them to be repulsed by her so they leave her alone so she doesn't have to go through any more trauma. She doesn't want to be human because humans are disgusting, so she chose to be a dragon. She also did it for her son.

The stat stands for people who "self identify/report" as an lgbt, not solely for being one. In a more tolerant world, the numbers would be significantly greater for sure. I think the real term they mean to use is Natal man/woman. Because the definition for biological man/woman is not as clear cut as they like to think it is. A tad bit about pronouns like ze/zir!
These pronouns are actually called neopronouns, and as far as I know, they were created by the neurodivergent community, because they have a different association with gender than most neurotypical people do!
These pronouns can include things like fae/faem, ze/zir, xey/xem, and many more!
A lot of people I know of won't be offended if you use they/them for them at first, but if you've known them for a while and talk to them regularly, they would appreciate it if you used those preferred pronouns!
Additionally, a lot of people I have seen will put both their preferred neopronoun and a more known pronoun for people who aren't as familiar with neopronouns!
I'm happy to answer any other questions anyone may have!

@@k0rokin157 I’m late to reply but yes! Neopronouns are used in the same context as more conformative pronouns (ie he/him, she/her, they/them - and any combination of the given three)
So instead of “Oh she doesn’t like cranberries, because her grandmother can’t make them correctly” it would be “Oh fae doesn’t like cranberries, because faers grandmother can’t make them correctly”

As a person who uses xe/they, here's why I use these pronouns
(Xe/xem/xyr written, they/them spoken)
I am bigender, I identify as male and female
So I was not comfortable being referred to as "she" or "he" so I thought about using "they"
However, my brain was not comfortable with using they/them pronouns
So I did a google search about neopronouns and found xe/xem/xyr
And for some reason it really stuck to me, made me feel comfortable and home
But I quickly realized that in order for people to pronounce "xe" fluently in a sentence they would have to slow down their speech cuz it's easy to trip over
And where I'm from we talk very very fast
Like, in our daily life slang we've literally cut down a lot from words to be able to speak even faster
So I knew I'd need to find some other pronouns to use for people verbally (cuz I don't like making people put in extra effort for me in any way)
And decided I'd just have to settle with they/them
But again, I'm wasn't comfortable with those
So my brain came up with the genius idea "Xe/xem/xyr written, they/them/their spoken"

Polygamy is the situation that religions sometimes portray, with one person is married to multiple other people, but those other people are only involved in that first person. Like one husband and 12 wives or whatever.
