    Your logo was obviously done before the "hair loss" incident, but it does appear that it is coming back nicely. Have a nice day Alex!! You are an awesome place to spend some quarantine time!!!!

    Brilliant thank you! I'm kind of a newbie and was trying to work out how to do rolling (on the y axis) film credits that also included logos, so used this method with a .png of all the text and logos. Not sure if that was a clunky way round but it worked great so I'm super happy!

    If you add a second Transform node right before the first Transform node, you can make the logo rotate.
    Then, you can rotate the entire screen of logos with Transform1 node (say, rotate 720 degrees), and then use Transform2 node to rotate the original logo in the opposite direction at the same rotation speed that the array of logos is spinning (-720, in this example), which will make all of the logos remain in proper orientation while they all circle in unison together around the center logo.
    You can leave it where it sits, you can move this array of rotataing logos around the screen, zoom in & out, spin them on the Z axis in Transform1 node, you can change the composite mode & blend mode and have fun... etc. :)

    This was such a good video, thank you. Just used it to create mine. I was wondering if there was a way to adjust the spacing of the logos further than just the size. Also is there a way to alternate the direction each line is moving?

    Another method to try would be to use the duplicate node. I played around with it for a bit but couldn't make it work-perhaps someone else could figure out how to get the same result with that node.

    This was really helpful, Alex - and so smart to get it out so quickly after PM released his! I'm in the process of switching from Premiere to Resolve (just installed Studio today!), and when I saw Pete's video, I was wondering how to do it in Resolve. Now I know!
    *QUESTION:* Is there a horizontal or vertical offset parameter in Fusion, much like there is in AE? As great as this looks having the icons all in a line, having them be off-set by half an image really makes it look better. Just wondering which setting that is in Fusion.
    Keep up the great work - your channel is SO valuable!

    • @kamalshrestha3963
      @kamalshrestha3963 4 роки тому

      i was about to ask the same question... Yah off-set by half an image makes it more pleasing than line format

    • @MrAlexTech
      @MrAlexTech  4 роки тому +2

      Cheers Brian! I hope the move to Resolve goes smoothly for you.
      There's not as far as I can find. A few others have asked the same so i'll keep digging to try and find another way. There is a duplicate tool but it adds a fair bit of complexity to the process. I'll keep playing though and let you all know if i come up with a better solution 🙂👍

    • @RyanLennoxBradley
      @RyanLennoxBradley 4 роки тому +1

      Yeah, not having offset is kind of a dealbreaker for me. I will add it to the Resolve 17 feature request on their forum. They actually add a lot of the features on that list.

    You’re pretty knowledgable with Fusion, Alex. I wonder if you could do a video on keyframe management/tips/tricks. This is by far the most cumbersome change from AE is managing the timeline in Fusion. I don’t know why keyframes aren’t diamonds like in the Edit tab. Argh!

    • @MrAlexTech
      @MrAlexTech  4 роки тому +2

      Not that I've found just yet but I'll keep playing. Resolve doesn't seem to have the motion tile that AE has so the only way I could find to replicate the logo is using the Wrap function. Maybe someone will comment a different way 🙂👍

    • @Vorobiov_Evgeny
      @Vorobiov_Evgeny 4 роки тому +3

      @@MrAlexTech use duplicate node twice (horizontal and vertical duplication basically) It will load the pc but result is much more flexible and lets you moove stuff around (but make sure you have big bg behind the image so it will not crop itself and this roll will not be infinite as with wrap)

The same effects are available there such as reflect, yaw, pitch, rotate, but use the open fx effects only.....

    Thanks for this man! I really have to learn to work with fusion. Can I ask you a question? Can you save stuff you created in fusion and import it again in another project so you can change it. I will try to explain what I mean... In my videos, I have these titles ( now I make them in hitfilm but it is a lot of work to first edit my video in davinci, render and make my titles in hitfilm) I want to remake those titles in fusion and save them as a template. With every new video, I want to import that template to make new titles. Is this possible?
