- Hey gang ,this ones for Tom ,he requested if we could see my stash of molds .So here it is .A few tips in the beginning and then on with show and tell.

Excellent thanks so much really nice collection . I think you have more molds than i have models. I sell all my molds now i dont pour at all anymore but i would love to be able to see all the molds i ever made in one spot. I think once all the chaos is over i would like to start pouring again. With not pouring statues i never get to see the final outcome . I really like stripping the latex of a new mold for the first time and seeing how it came out.
It's one of the pleasures of this craft ,I honestly wake up excited if I have a table full of new molds to be stripped.It confirms the quality of your work.
What is the manufacturer of the yellowish latex molds? I have a little frog that I can to reproduce. And do I need to add anything to the latex to make it cure? Thank you. Love your videos

You don't need to add anything to the latex you just need to keep applying new coats of latex once the previous one drys

Hi Gris I love looking around your work space but I would like to know why my concrete is always coming out with a lot of air bubbles and is easily chipping and it gets a lot of small air bubbles like all over I use a 1-2-1 mix and make my it fairly runny but it still comes out with a lot of bubbles I use a rubber mallet to tap the sides as well its very discouraging I have retired now so I am spending more time trying to get back into the statuary
Hey Daphne , to runny isn't good,that's what can cause your bubble .Now runny with the use of a water reducer or plasticizer is idel ,the mix will stay emulsified and give you a nice clean pour .
