I'm from the US and I love the commentary Rammstein is making. Message is well deserved. You missed the most important line "sometimes war". We are good at exporting that. Just saying.

There is only very few inserted stock images. Almost everything is shot in Berlin with casting the right people. As mollyfitch8036 mentioned there is a good "Making Of" out there which explains a lot of these effects ...

Dont listen to them, they are lying. All of the middle/northern european countries can translate each others stuff a little bit at least by default. Especially if youre able to speak english as well. Since most germanic languages today are in huge parts just a mish mash of german, english and a little bit of others like french.
