I’ve been subscribed to Sawyer for years now and I must say he is one the greatest review ever. This like is the professor of One Piece. The detail, the quotes, the references. This man just knows how to truly present the complexities of One Piece in a way that insightful and engaging. He has truly over he years consistently perfecting his craft. Respect man. Thank you for the years of great content and consistency.
I agree. I started following a few years ago and cant get enough because I learn so much each time. If there was an official study on one piece as a course, I nominated Sawyer to teach said course. This also helped me digest the craziness in one piece as I only started watching and reading in 2017.
Agreed. In terms of chapter analysis he is unmatched in my eyes. He keeps his arguments factual and tries to present it from a more objective perspective while still including little tidbits of humor to keep you engaged. Most other UA-camr chapter reviews are clouded with their own headcanon and personal enjoyment too much. The only other OP youtuber on his level imo is Mr Morj with his story analysis videos. He comes more at it from a literary, story-telling perspective with underlying themes and such.

Honestly, Luffy has never been bad at keeping secrets. He never revealed Vivi was a pirate (after he learned it was a secret) or where the other road Poneglyph is. He even tried to keep it secret that he was training with Rayleigh for two years.

@Rand Al'Thor KoL is great but he has a tendency to judge a chapter mainly by power scaling. so its a bad chapter if someone "weak" accomplishes something significant and good if it falls perfectly into his head canon but other than that great theories and the best reactions hands down

Thats not really the issue with those series. The problem was that they kept escalating the powers unreasonably. One Piece has an established power ceiling. We're watching Luffy grow into an expected level.
I feel like Kaido does enjoy having someone clever on his side. Someone that can handle politics, economics, and nuance since Kaido's forte is strength and battle... so if he's got Big Mom on his side, arguably the best there is when it comes to that stuff, then why would he need Orochi anymore haha.. seems Orochi was paranoid about the wrong people

I think Oden knows where the 4th road ponyglyph is and wrote it in his journal. Yamato did say that it has some very important things in there, and i don't think it's the one piece itself. I think it's something just a level lower, like critical info on the journey to finding it, info that might have been lost in the new age.
The new opening probably going to show both Roger and Whitebeard since the Oden flashback should occur within the year that new opening is shown

Just because the marines had a force that allows them to disband the shichibukai doesn't mean they can TAKE OUT a yonko. With the shichibukai, it took all their efforts and a near loss to take down Whitebeard. I think they felt confident enough that they could defend themselves against one yonko, but they have no intention of taking them out in the first place. I don't want to overhype the marine's new power just yet.

All I still remember is that he wasn't 100% qualified and could not work with clients independently. There was some sort of restriction he still has to overcome. Kaido doesn't say they can take out a Yonko, he says they are "confident" and calls them "arrogant" in the next sentence. Also Akainu wouldn't look like he did in 957 if he was that confident.

Akainu believed that with limited level of knowledge on the strength of Wano Samurais... they should not raid Wano.
That also suggests Marines isn't ready to intercept when their new SSG is tied up elsewhere.
And considering Beast Pirates and BigMom Pirates come together with full force with also absorbing Wano Samurais.... The stakes may very well tilt away from Marines alone.

Since ancient weapons were mention here.
If there is no moon because the clouds might be blocking it or because of the weather, I came up of a way for the minks to transform, it is one of them having the power to control or command the moon(s) itself. Basically, ordering the moon to come down below the clouds where the minks can see it. This is similar to when Shirahoshi cried for help and the sea kings came. A mink will also cry for help of the moon and then, the moon appears.
Inu or Neko will phrase this as a legend in their country, something like this; "Once every few century, a mink who is loved by the moon is born, who have the power to control the moons, in legend she is known as the Moon Princess, Uranus."
(Moon Princess is the title of the music that Hiyori created during the flashback)

orochi is not dead yet he has so many heads base on his DEVIl fruit, HYDRA!!
His DF isnt of a Hydra, its the snake snake fruit model Yamata no Orochi, not the same thing
You may be right but not necessarily as he doesn't have a hydra fruit. He has the yamato no orochi fruit. They aren't the same thing. It's my understanding that the yamato no orochi has a set amount of heads, unlike the hydra which could grow more heads when decapitated. It all depends on whether or not it matters that he was in his human form.
I hope not, he’s better off dead, it makes the whole thing more impactful and there’s really no need of his character, it doesn’t add anything other than being paranoid and annoying.

Nope. His human head was cut off not the one of his Hydra's ones. Start assuming that people really can start dying here. Also Orochi has nothing more to deliver to the story.
