    As long as you can with good form. For knee tucks and leg raises - do reps of 10-15

    yep - work on being able to control your body better with your core. Also maybe due to weak grip.

    At level 6, i was actually enjoying the rave music playing in the background, haha!

    when i practice my kipping for cross fit i find myself swinging back and forth is this due to lack of core and grip also i found it hard to stop almost cant

    When i do the single arm hsng.my body always swing;is that mean my core not strong enough to control?
