when i practice my kipping for cross fit i find myself swinging back and forth is this due to lack of core and grip also i found it hard to stop almost cant
When i do the single arm hsng.my body always swing;is that mean my core not strong enough to control?
Ill do the exercises but u cant make me listen to smashing pumkins
