I do not like the NYX Brow gel at all ! It does not dry down, .. your eyebrows will feel wet all day. Hence, the hold does not last . Morgan turned me onto the REFY BRO SCULPT. Of all the brow gel’s/waxes it is the best in my opinion. Granted after I apply the product and get my brow in place… I take the applicator tube, press up against my brows and hold it for approximately a minute. It’s a little annoying just to sit there and hold the tube up against my brow as it dries, but the outcome is fantastic! My brows do not move until I take it off.. I cannot get over how easy you applied the eyeshadows. Both shades with just your finger … no having to lay down the product with one brush and then blend with another… It took seconds and it looks absolutely beautiful !

If you like the NYX micro brow at all Id love you to try (maybe again?!?) the L’Oréal Brow Stylist Definer. I’m very dark haired (almost black) but I use brunette. To me, the L’Oréal is as good as and even better than Anastasia. I’ve tried them all. I have well defined natural brows that just need a little help in sparse areas (I’m 42). It lasts, easy to use and does not transfer. It may be that I’d not been able to find a proper tone in other brow pencils but I’m loyal to this particular product for the past 3 years. I think the nyx micro brow pencils are by far my most repurchased product. I go through brow pencils faster than any other makeup product so I have probably bought hundreds of these over the years
My partner and I are stage actors and we use the Milani conceal & perfect concealer for his undereyes and it lasts all day on him. He’s 51 but has quite youthful and even toned skin - it’s a great concealer to use on someone who doesn’t need a full face of foundation and he can easily apply and blend it himself just w a finger

I have had incidents of trying something new that was supposed to be really good for my kind of skin and it had a terrible reaction on me. Parts of my face were very red and itchy and as dry as those sponges that have the green side to them. I also have acne scars from my teenage years. So, this Azelaic Acid 20% cream from Dermatica, would you say that this would be good for my skin?
If you find any eyeshadow with cheap packaging you will have a better quality eyeshadows because the company puts more money in the eyeshadows than the packaging. Most professional makeup companies do that like Nika kay cosmetics. They have one of the best eyeshadow formulas I've ever tried very pigmented for the price
I love Nicka K eyeshadows! I always look for them at TJMaxx and Marshall's. Their pigments are deep and true and they last forever on the eye if you use a decent primer. These are the only blue tones - teal, navy, turquoise - that I will use!
I know that this is probably a stupid question but I hear a lot of you guys say how a product feels hydrating. How do you know if a product feels hydrating? I already asked google and the answer isn't quite the same as I hear you guys say it.
I’m glad you don’t do drugstore videos often. This is why I also stopped watching Tati. For clarity, I live in the EU. Most drugstore products featured in these videos I can’t even find in my country, others are way more expensive than they are worth, and some (probably the European brands) are actually readily available and a decent price ( like the Nyx, I love the brow pencil and pen, I always repurchase those). So I found myself just fomo ing hard over the products that tati recommended and when I finally tried some of them they disappointed me, especially eyeshadow, once I discovered indie, I can never go back. Anyways, thought I’d share my perspective, probably no one cares 😂 . When I started watching beauty UA-cam there was definitely this pressure to buy everything , it took a lot of failed purchases and filtering content to find what I actually enjoy watching, and some emotional growth to stop watching what wasn’t serving me.
Have you used any Ordinary products? I love them and the price point is amazing. I am surprised Ordinary has not come up in any of the videos of my favorite creators...and yet they all seem to have skin issues from trying all the chemical infused products (sadly most of the popular expensive brands are not clean...I admire you for doing this on a daily basis for us, my skin would just die 😅😅😅)
