If your seeds doesn't germinate after 90 days in the refrigerator, follow this guide below:
1. Find a pine cone you wish to grow
2. Place the cone in a sunny spot peferably in a paper bag
3. After 1-14 days you should be able to extract the seeds as shown in the video
4. Soak the seeds in tap water for 12-18 hours
5. Remove the floating seeds or bury them together with the viable seeds.
6. Get a zip or pastic bag with potting mix and then add the seeds into the potting mix, now you shake it well. Add some water till the potting mix is damp
7. Place the seeds in the refrigerator, they should germinate within 90 days.
8. If your seeds did not germinate within 90 days in the refrigerator, then move the bag to a warm spot for 30 days (70-80 fahrenheit)
9. After 30 days in a warm spot you place it back into the refrigerator for another 30 days
10. When 30 days in the refrigerator has passed, you then cut the zip or plastic bag open in the side, and expose it to the sun and give it warmth
11. You should start to see the seeds germinate within 30 days.
12. When the seeds has sprouted and germinated, then you can transplant them into individual pots
13. If this does not work, then you should try and get your hands on some other seeds

Extremely high quality video. I learned that growing evergreens from seed was more complex than I originally thought and so I tried to find information on it! I luckily stumbled upon your video. It's straight to the point and delivers plenty of information. I really hate a lot of the modern youtubers with the 20 minute expositions lol.
Haha, thanks for the comment! Yeah I had a hard time finding a video that was really working and indepth and not 30 minutes long. I think this video is the one I spent most research on aswell.

I don't see you add water to the ziploc bag. Do you need to add any water, at any time during the 90 days germination?

These are actually spruce not pine. The scales of a spruce cone are thinner and more flimsy than a pine cone, I used to make the same mistake all the time.
That is true, english is not my native tounge, so I am happy you tell me so I can improve in the future :)
