- The plaintiff secured a rental van on her credit card for the defendant, her cousin, when they were on vacation. The defendant failed to pay it back, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant argues the trip was a disaster because the plaintiff invited a strange man and caused damage to the rental car. The defendant insists the plaintiff is just trying to tack on the costs to her.

It can work out if prepared correctly,myself and my two sisters have gone on holiday many times together and never once had a money issue.
My one sister works everything out to the dime, food 😄✅✅ accommodation,fuel,we send her the money before the time, all other expenses are on ourselves if we do other activities, it can be done 👍,and from my side I don't sit very well with my one sister 😄😄😄 but we never argue
Exactly. Each person pays and books their own rooms and cars and meets together. I couldn't even finish the whole case. My head hurts.
@@eisbeinGermanyMost of the problem is when people pay or put their portion in and then want to dispute it later. Kinda like when someone gets a loan and then doesn't want to pay it back. People get money hungry. Their situation was so many people and different groups. There needed to be 1 person from each group collecting the money and writing it down.

i agree, i have gone so many times with my two sisters on holiday and never had a problem about the money, before going we all agree on the amount, my one sister works out to the cent the amount needed for accommodation and fuel, we give it beforehand to her, food account it for us each

Props to all the people who made it the entire 40 minutes of this case. I'm 13 minutes in and couldn't have been more done. I'm about to have an anxiety attack, and I don't even suffer from anxiety.

There were 24 people going on a disney trip. How many were kids? Easy math problem. This was unorganized from the beginning. I would pass.

If you going on a vacation with a group don't invite people at the last minute especially someone you don't know that's tacky. All the adults going on the trip should have paid their part period or don't go on vacation traveling with broke people receipt for disaster.

Why would it have to be discussed that the mother, WITH A WALKER, wouldn't be on the second floor?!? No common sense whatsoever. Those rooms should have been mapped out before a deposit was paid. All charges should have been discussed up front, just stupid. This whole case is infuriating.
This is why I tell people the location and they are responsible for their own transportation and lodging.

I am handicap, when I travel with friends or family I book my own accommodations. It is my responsibility to make sure I get a room on the ground floor if there are no elevators.

The worse not organized vacay ever. We Are 25 cousins and sister and brothers and kids, who every year have meet to family enjoyment in 3 days - with No problem.
Because she already read their sworn testimony. She can tell when their are changing up to help their case in the moment.

I go to Disney every year with a VERY small group 2-6 and when it’s closer to the 6 it’s a nightmare sometimes to get everyone on the same page. I see families like this, 25+ people walking around together with matching tshirts and I KNOW they ain’t all having fun.
The judge KEPT interrupting the woman trying to answer. Then had the nerve to yell at her are you interrupting ME.
My parents in their 60s and 70s manage a yearly trip with their friend group of about 30 people. They have one person organize accommodation, another collect money, and 3rd organize activities. It’s really not hard these ladies somehow made things 100000% more complicated than it had to be.
Just order costumes online and carry on their normal Disneyland at home . Madness on steroids.

If you want to go on vacation and you're taking people who you already know don't have the money, either don't take them or don't act surprised later. For instance, I am planning a family vacation and the people who I know don't have very much money anyway… I will be funding. They can't afford it, but I want them to be there. That's on me. I will not be crying about it later. Judge Milian got on my last nerve on this one when she asks a question and then doesn't allow them to answer. Then has the nerve to say, "stop talking over me." 🙄
This family should never talk to each other again...If they ever get together again it should be a battle royale. It sounds like there were 36 people...10, 10, 6, 6, and then the 4...and this was a 7 bedroom place? So 5 in each bedroom? Why do I have a feeling they trashed the place by being way over the capacity limit? 7 Bedrooms probably at a max of 28 people if 2 sets of bunkbeds...They said the kids were sleeping in the arcade...I bet the airbnb place didn't know there was 20 kids or more at this place in addition to the adults. If so they are lucky the place didn't put in cameras like a lot of them are now doing to keep track of how many people come and go thru the entry doors. I couldn't imagine going on a trip with that many kids...My wife's family rented a big place and I think we had 12-15 kids with many of them in the15+ age group...I think 5 total under 10. From the count they babbled about in this video I can only guess but it really does sound like 10-12 adults so 25 children or more...
