It's nice to see The Local Project venture beyond Australia and New Zealand. One other suggestion would be Mexico City, which has a longstanding history of great modern architecture, including the legacy of Luis Barragán.
It's really nice to see examples of Local Projects State side (USA). Well done! Having worked most of my life in manufacturing and construction, I hope that we too can achieve the level craftsmanship in concrete and joinery seen in Australia and New Zealand. (This is not a criticism)😊
That window in the kitchen is so grand, absolutely incredible with the greenery behind it. Wonderful house, although the shooting style was a bit too artistic - while I appreciate the creativity, I would’ve liked to see more of the house, how it is to walk around it.
I've never seen not even one of all the house that this architect design and build to be ugly. Every house he design are unique and beautiful. He is the one behind the "Upside down house in Beverly Hills" one of the most unique and crazy house in this area. Love to see is work.
This video in my opinion is the most creative video of TLP. The pause, the zoom, sounds, your team really put the architect design into a well deserved piece of art. I feel like to buy the house
The house is spectacular, especially the harmony of its materials. I love the dining table and seating. I wish I could have better understood the flow from the main area to each of the four wings. I think the collage-like video editing did not allow this.
more flashy TLP video with the over the top editing and i'm not mad about it, fits this uber luxury and flashy house. that window in the kitchen goddamn
It's still a design only made possible by wealth/money. So maybe that's what the person means by flashy and luxurious. The design is very restrained and elegant.
What is this "good taste in LA architecture" you're trying to make us swallow?! You mean not every LA house is super tacky and flamboyant??? I demand to see more, or I'm calling witchcraft
This is an awesome video! Great to highlight a beautiful property in a globally known American city! Unless you know New Zealand and Australia (or study maps) all the other videos you're like....???? where is this??!
Lovely to see you are now moving overseas hunting other 🤩👌🏽 architectural projects. Again, lovely. Congratulations. Hopefully there will be African, South American, Central Asia and European projects included on the channel too.
The editing and shooting style of this one appears to be more aligned with Architectural Digest rather than The Local Project's usual style, which I personally prefer. I would appreciate it if you could go back to the old style.
Lovely home. Question though... There's this big, flat, and frankly, ugly roof with open sun exposure. Why not put several rows of solar panels? Are there zoning restrictions or other reasons for not doing it? Especially in progressive-thinking CA, it seems like a no-brainer.
It's a matter of preference. I hate overly lit houses, with so many glass panels, it looks like a greenhouse to me. Imagine that in the heat and the excessive need for air conditioning.
Beautiful oak tree and architecture! The video editing/production is way too distracting and pretentious, and honestly kinda tacky... not the best way to shine light on this house
probably $10 mill USD and you get to live in a 'hood with a bunch of canyon rats in the shade, then fight in still traffic to get to a spot at the yoga studio with a bunch of raging phonies who did the same. Nice house though.
@TheLocalProject Would watch more episodes if it wasn’t for the poor sound editing. Music during speaking is such a challenge for people with an audio impairment or sensitivity. Please alternate speaking and music.

..in Sinoloa
America is overrated, and Mexico city looks depressing.

I love the kitchen design
We're glad to hear it!

The house feels so fantastic
Why isn't there a house like this in Korea
I'm filming a house in Korea. I really want to film a house like this
I love the work from Noah Walker. Happy to see him featured on this channel. Video Production is very well done
more flashy TLP video with the over the top editing and i'm not mad about it, fits this uber luxury and flashy house. that window in the kitchen goddamn
by LA standards, it's very restrained. I guess flashy means something totally different there
It's still a design only made possible by wealth/money. So maybe that's what the person means by flashy and luxurious. The design is very restrained and elegant.
The lighting changes throughout the day is a whole experience. Mesmerizing ❤❤
Great interpretation. Very well done. Love it. The vast expanses of glass are wonderful.
This house looks so beautiful serene peacefu and harmonious a home to come home to thanks for touring this
Our pleasure, glad you enjoyed it!
House awesome as always but loved what you did with the music and editing!
Congratulations Noah. It's amazing to see this house and feel part it in a strange way. Thanks for the opportunity to be part of it. Congrats again.
The light box theme carried throughout this home is amazing! I especially like how the kitchen is larger than my entire house. 😂
Guys, this music light dance so cool🤩🌟💓
Thank you. I'm enjoying it in Korea, too.
수고하세요.👍😀
love the new video style

Beautiful home Love the sky lighting just amazing build
This is quite wonderful and I am thrilled to learn there are artists, craftsmen who take into account what one sees outside.
Wish we can see the view of these projects at night as well.
The house and the editing are magnificent! ❤
Me encanta el ambiente de esta casa
Beautiful light flooding throughout all areas of the home!
Dream house ❤

Breath taking 😍 the joinery is phenomenal... Love the connection with the outdoors... Pure perfection, loved ❤️
We couldn't agree more 👏
What is a light box please?
Fantastic home! Great video, thank you and keep em coming.
Will do!
I don’t think these kinds of design considerations were involved when my house was built🤣
Absolutely beautiful 😍
Chill editing around the minute 40 mark
What window company was used?
kitchen cathedral is the money shot

Nice.
Great case study in light
Brilliant!
Work of art ❤️🔥
Very intresesting project. Does it have a bathroom? Anywhere?
Any details about this project ? price ? square m2 ? architect plan ? height of windows in the bedroom ?
Lovely to see you are now moving overseas hunting other 🤩👌🏽 architectural projects. Again, lovely. Congratulations.
Hopefully there will be African, South American, Central Asia and European projects included on the channel too.
Thank you! 😇
The height of this home, the open space & the feel of the 'outside' is the highlight of this home. So beautiful! Thanks Local Project
Our pleasure!

I love that there are thousands of ways to build ... none are wrong
@@tmadden4951 some are definitely wrong.

Of particular interest are the dry pine needles that collect on the flat roof waiting on summer embers to light them on fire.
Kudos to the filming but oh such a typical modern LA house.

красивый дом!
