I put the shuttle exactly how you said in the video but my bottom thread still won't be captured by the needle , how do I fix this?

most likely you need to adjust shuttle hook and needle timing. When you lower the needle the hook should go past the needle grabbing a thread. If the lateral gap between needle and hook is wide, they miss each other and upper thread is not being caught.
I am struggling with this myself right now. Not sure anymore what else can to be adjusted - after a while it misaligns over again.

@@ca.elizabeth I found out that we are not supposed to let go of the clip before inserting the shuttle... Once the shuttle is fixed in the machine, only then let go of the clip of the bobbin.

Sir how to retiming the shuttle hook rotating because my hook rotating had a big clearance the needle whrn it comes down. Almost 6mm gap.
