Love to hear that you’re going to entertain incorporating seitan into your meals to increase your protein to help facilitate your muscle building goals!! It makes such a big difference when you add in more lean protein elements to your menu!

I love your energy and passion for yummy vegan food. I am on week 2 of my lifestyle change and I have a sweet tooth that is so hard to stray away from so your videos have been a tremendous help. I don't have a ninja creami but I just use frozen bananas for my ice cream and eat it right away. Omg, so yummy! I love food again! Lol I did not make the change for weight loss but I will enjoy losing since I am overweight but I did it for the 3 huge ulcers in my intestines. It took 27 years fornitntonget this bad and remained misdiagnosed for those years as well so the pain becomes horrendous. After 3 years of being treated for it and it seemed to go in reverse, I had to do something for my sanity and well being. I can't wait for the ulcers to heal. I know each day it will get better and better and I am having fun with the food but the newness can be a bit overwhelming at times so I'm thankful for such videos. Happy trails!

This was totally amazing! Totally creative!!!! This is why I watch you Ami . . . you just take what you have & create divine dishes!!!! I love to drink my soup just right out of what I heated it in! Today was soooo much fun! I think you ought to name toasty wraps
    “Ami’s Tacos” That creation was
    so much fun to watch!!!🌮🌮🌮
    Keep it up!!!!!

HUGE PLUS! Getting the kiddo to eat broccoli is what the parents all over want for their children. The food industry should have someone on the board that understands and works to employ this.

Yes, to the oranges!😂 I bought a 5lb bag of cara cara's at Costco. The cara cara's are my favorite type of orange. We went through them (mostly me eating them) in 5 days. I went back and bought 2 more of the 5lb bags.

You definitely don’t need more ‘protein’ to build muscle. Just workout and recover with carbs/fruits 🙏🏼 all plants have protein in them naturally. Raw sprouts and micro greens are great for this too❤ (coming from a 15 year high fruit living plants muncher:)) definitely no protein powder needed

Hi Ami! I have noticed such a trend so far this year if my starch solution friends trying to get more protein in to their diet. Thanks for sharing your daily routine with us! And thanks for sharing your tea choices too! I already went through a box of vanilla rooibos tea thanks to your suggestion, and I have a box of biscuit tea on the way from the UK currently! I can’t wait to try it!

Lately, I've gone away from the sweets in the morning, even dates and ripe bananas. I make a boatload of "stir-fried" green and purple cabbage, scoot it to the edges of my non-stick pan, and pour in a highly seasoned chickpea "omelet" mix. It cooks in no time. Then, I roll it off onto a plate, spray with a little braggs, and squidge on some schiracha. It's filling and tastes with a boatload fewer calories and sugar than smoothies, cake, or porridge. I love watching your vids for new ideas. Thanks

There seems to be a trend right now among vegan youtubers to add more protein, and I think it's a good one. The recipes look great, but I was disappointed that you didn't get a chance to add the recipe for sauce. 😊
