Im still disappointed we didnt get Francis vs Wilder...hardest hitters from mma and boxing squaring off would be epic
Wilder is not a great boxer but he would easily beat Francis
would be a better match up tbf 😂
I still think Wilder would obliterate him butthat fight would be more interesting because wilder defense is not as sharp as fury and the power debates would be fun
Could still happen
It's very likely Tyson fury beats Francis and that teaches him enough to have better fight against Wilder
Didnt age well imo
I do think Francis getting Mike Tyson was a mistake his reach is apparently 83 inches and tysons is 85 inches, when you keep in mind that is wingspan that is bascially 1 inch difference per arm. That is not enough to do inside work you need a much shorter reach than that. I don't know what style and person he should have emulated, with those full stretch punches he does, resurrect Jack Dempsey is the only thing I can think of.
😂😂😂 Don’t hide from what you said boys.
Right on time for lunch break
if francis knocks him down that’s already a win in my book i can’t lie
100%. If he hurts Fury it’s a win
@altafahmad8578 if deontay could after being found out i have hope
@@samuelbrown3326regardless of people not wanting to give Wilder credit, he was a Olympic medalist 😂
@@RyleyTech oh it’s not that, it’s the fact he looked helpless after being caught out and was still able to knock him down
Ayy
After what Francis did it looks like y’all don’t know what you’re talking about.
No one predicted this lol don’t act like it
@@oliverj6280Well its just proves hes really that guy, you dont become ufc champ being a bum,
I think the fight will go exactly how the Dillian Whyte fight went and if Francis just keeps coming forward it would be more like Chisora 3 well a hypothetical Chisora 4 where he's forget how to box and Tyson Fury wants to knock him out.
Wadé suave is crazy 😂 meami 😂
In England we say 'can't see the woods for the tress' at least up north anyhow

That forest for the trees dudes lol...Don't cut your nose off to spite your face....Is a hippopotamus a hippopotamus, or just a really cool Opotamus....
I will say as tyson said himself his chin will be tucked in, which is something he didn't do in that Cunningham fight and full over hand rights from wilder did hit the top of his dome did nothing, I remember in the second fight Tyson Fury didn't even have to reset after one of them. Wilder had to catch that chin, when Tyson was resetting or just a little exhausted and forget to keep his chin tucked. Francis does not have the boxing IQ of even wilders to understand how to do that.
Wade's face at 22:48 is a nightmare bruh😂😂

there is no way ngannou has any chance, even if lands a lucky punch, he's not winning
I kinda agree. One punch with boxing gloves isn’t going to do it
About the power thing cause everyone seems to be getting this wrong, Tyson is the biggest puncher and there is no question about it. When you punch, you have to be able to take that same amount of output on yourself. So let’s say you punch with 1000 pounds of force, you will be able to withstand 1000 pounds of force. So Tyson was able to withstand wilders power cause he was able to get back up and then was able to knock down deontay. This would mean that Tyson has higher strength and durability than wilder does because hehe was able to throw a punch wilder couldn’t take.
Well well well. Would you look at this
the only saying sensei knows is “float like a butterfly sting like a bee” 🤣🤣
I just cant believe that might mouse said francis would win
Tyson weighed in 277 and Francis 273 Tyson’s leaning won’t work as much plus Francis got legs where as deontay doesn’t. Also remember wilder dropped fury with the right hand 3 or 4 times. Francis has power in both hands. I see fury getting dropped if I’m Francis I’m going to the body. But I see this being a Ali v foreman situation but gotta remember tyson has taken damage from wilder multiple times and that sticks with you
You called both the clinching not working and fury getting dropped 👊
Sensei ripped the word instincts from my brain. Mike Tyson had that killer in him he had a flow state. I think Francis lacks that.
I would love to see Francis get this done. No hate to the Furys but this would be a fun one for John to explain
Right on time for morning coffee
Lol you guys need to state a public apology or you lose all credibility
First and only fight Francis has had in almost 2 years. And it’s in boxing. All the buzz around Francis is very little now after this fight will be no more!!
goober
@@1_bad.vibes_132 ya that didn’t go over too well 🤣 I’m still shocked. But gotta give Francis some love for doing the thing nobody thought he could do. Large part I truly believe was because Tyson didn’t take him serious and under performed but that’s not Francis fault and fury should have been ready for anything. Francis should be the new HW champ now
Fury’s talk would seem like bluster if you’ve never seen him vs Wilder 2, where he literally does it and KO’s Deontay
It's going to be interesting to see what an MMA fighter in his prime, can do in the boxing ring!
Although it would have been much better, if that fighter wasn't given such a huge mountain to climb? Against an opponent like Kevin Johnson maybe?
The thing is we saw an mma fighter in his prime box, McGregor. Funny enough we’re actually seeing a boxer in his prime box an mma fighter which hasn’t happened, mayweather was at the end of his career when it happened.
This video aged like milk, francis is dangerous... He'll ruin Tysons career.
I don't want to see KSI Vs Tommy kinda fight ever again ever. Glad Francis is learning better boxing techniques and footwork. Even if he picks up just one thing in addition to his distractive punches will make for a better fight.
If you watch the sequence before he gets knocked down you'll see that the reason he gets caught is because he's showing off and gets lackadaisical then gets caught.
Guess this video didn't age well did it?😂😂😂
Fury is gonna outclass him and barely if at all get touched. Wilder woulda been more interesting.
Well…
This is just Floyd vs Mcgregor but big boys
except connor had actual good boxing fundamentals unlike francis whose boxing skills are objectively worse than ksi's, which says A LOT
@@accountnew7030 Francis is a little stiff, but is mainly a boxer in MMA. Tyson isn’t as defensively sound as Floyd and Francis has dynamite in both hands which is more effective for heavyweights. Francis has a better chance than Conor
@@accountnew7030not to mention floyd was retired already but Tyson fury is literally in his prime rn.
@@berlin4103 nevermind, francis is a billion times better than ksi in terms of boxing. who would've fkin thought
Lmao buster douglas
Steve Cunningham is 9 million times faster than ngannou. And that was 10 yrs ago
I didn’t know sayings were an exclusively southern thing😂
How has bro never heard "the forrest for the trees" saying?? That shits from like the 1400's in Europe.. fk that guy's slow 🤭😂
This is a really close fight. Generally at heavyweight boxing ability matters less than smaller weight classes. Take a look at conor vs floyd and hasim vs hardy. Floyd was 3-4 years retired at that point and probably didn’t fully commit to training. He relied on conor slowly running out of gas. A conor who didn’t have a boxing coach but was much bigger. Hasim has a big weight disadvantage over hardy however they are both heavyweights and Tyson was smaller than hasim. Hasim probably didn’t fully commit to training and got conpletely dominated by hardy toward the second half of the fight. Francis is the biggest guy fury has faced and he’s had four months ti learn the sport. Hardy isn’t on the same Level as francis and hasim isn’t on the same level as fury. If fury plans on making this an inside fight and not boxing rounds will definitely be closer than people think.
you think ngannou is beating fury on the inside? this has to be bait, you cant be serious. either that or you've never seen an actual boxing match in your life

'Everyone has a plan till they get hit in the face'
Tyson has definitely had an influence on Francis
Win or Lose I want to see Francis vs Wilder
🤔 CONNOR WENT TO ROUND 10 💯💯 just FYI mate
The closest boxer I have seen to the way Francis fights and that's in terms of some of his wild full stretch punches, is Jack Dempsey. That would be the easiest for Francis to emulate, but who would teach that kind of brawler fighting nowadays. That was born in a time when fights could go up to 46 rounds, the gloves were 4oz horsehair and cotton, you'd be fighting guys who'd fought over 200 times and they are only 20 years old, you needed to have stamina for at least 15 rounds, they would throw 50x more punches than Francis is used to and you didn't have to go to a corner after a knockdown, you just stood over the opponent and as seen as their hands were no longer on the canvas you could start unloading on them again.
Francis has a 0.000000000001% chance of winning. If he somehow pulls it off, it will be the end of boxing as we know it.
Although i am a fan of both, i will be rooting for Francis. If he can even land a noce knockdown, that would be good for his career. Im just hoping he doesn't get completely smoked!

I mean in a real fight we all know the verdict but tyson too slick with it in boxing.. but hopefully ngannou can Ko him with a lucky hit or something 🙏😅
The only benefit Ngannu will achieve is experience. Because he has the courage to take a fight with one of the best in the sports the sports ngannu has no prior experience in. And for that i give him his flowers.

I want to watch the Usyk fight so I don’t want Francis to win. But it would be cool if he get a knockdown and furry scrapes a decision
Makes me chuckle how Fury used the same exact punch to finish Wilder as he did Cunningham.
I’m sure Francis will be fine. PFL will probably give him a fat bag to be the face of their company
I truthfully don’t feel Francis career is in jeopardy with this fight
every saying that wade says that sensei doesent get is a completely normal phrase haha don’t worry wade

After seeing tyson face off with francis, there's no way hes 6'9
also there's a video of him standing next to izzy and he's too close to his height to be 6'9 I say it's a total bs he's probably around 6'5-6'6
@@accountnew7030, you're right! I just looked it up. I wonder how they get away with fudging the numbers like that?
Tyson is gonna catch Ngannou in round 6 or 7 but I see Francis making it close by making it awkward
Partly correct prediction
Francis getting Mike Tyson as his coach doesn’t make a whole lotta sense to me. The way Tyson approached fights isn’t the same way Francis can approach this fight
Yooooooo
Oh stop, no one’s career is getting ended
wellll
Why do I feel like Tyson is the only guy no one talks about accumulated damage over time, how many times can Tyson get knocked down before he can't stand back up?
I'm not saying Francis is gonna do it.. but I feel like every other fighter that's been knocked down multiple times is usually considered damaged goods.
Considering almost every fighter in history has been knocked down multiple times I’d say you’re exaggerating on the “damaged goods” point. Tyson has never been knocked out, generally doesn’t take much damage in his fights with the exception of the wilder fights. I know damage accumulates over time but Fury is about as evasive as any heavyweight in history. If he’s damaged goods idk who isn’t.
@@benwebster7583 Um.. what? It should be a known fact that Boxing especially Heavyweights take considerably more trauma to the head than any other forms of fighting. A fighter doesn't have to be knocked out to take damage to the brain. They clearly showed Tyson get dropped to someone that wasn't Wilder. Also think about all the sparring he has done that isn't on video. To go back to my original post, my point wasn't necessarily to say Tyson is 100% damaged goods, it was mainly to point out that other fighters with similar backgrounds/instances of being knocked down are usually talked about in way that implies they are easier to knock-out due to their past. I was drawing a comparison saying if X(name the fighter) = Z then Tyson should also = Z. I'd argue that every fighter with Tysons tenure(Heavyweights especially) are all equally damaged goods.
@@PseudoStanLee if you're defining "damaged goods" as someone who takes considerably less punishment than your average boxer sure, I agree with you. Tyson fights once a year at best, has been knocked down maybe 5 times in his career? Had a three year break where he didn't even box. And has never been knocked out. By your definition Joshua, Wilder, Whyte, Ruiz, Parker, Joyce etc are all damaged goods. Even Usyk has 350 amateur fights must be too? Every boxer is damaged goods by your definition. I'm not really sure what your point is other than to say that boxers get hit in the head.
You're too fixated on trying to prove Tyson not being considered "damaged goods", it was simply a lack of better words to compare Tyson to other fighters that have taken equal or less abuse to the head that I know Wade and many others have had concerns about them going into Boxing or going back to UFC. My point remains the same, I really don't know how else to spell it out for you, you either get it or you don't. How many times can Tyson get hit in the head and still have the same resilience he had in the past. I thought I made it clear I didn't think Francis would for an absolute fact knock him out, but his chances I believe are higher than Wade and others give him credit for. @@benwebster7583
We all know Francis is a warrior and is willing to go out on his shield. I just hope Mike Tyson doesn’t let that happen and ends it when it’s appropriate. There no need for him to take the amount of shots he is most probably going to take
