It's not a bias... the man is calling out another man's wife for her promiscuity. Whether right or wrong Logan has the opportunity that every man and woman would want and that is the opportunity to handle it.. no matter what, Logan is tied to the lawsuit because it is his spouse or soon to be. If you filed a lawsuit against someone your significant other would be tied as well because you are not in it alone. You are tied to one another, that is your support system. You don't sue when a legal physical altercation is eminent. If this was just life, then yes it's more understandable but all is fair in love and war

To me suing only works to stop a business from doing something scummy with their product or change an unfair policy or something like that: something that can have a beneficial outcome. This clearly isn’t stopping Dillon from posting: just fueling him and the more suing threats come the harder he pushes so it’s not worth it to me for Logan or Nina it’s just ruining their image. If Logan would just suck it up and drop Dillon in the ring and never did the lawsuit, Dillon would have stopped after the fight. But now who knows how long Dillon will go post fight.
