Lisa's IP hit it out of the park again! For the Mac&Cheese, Lisa's IP instructions are to double everything BUT the time! Yum! (Tip: Don't go more than 2 boxes of M&C - and use Heavy Whipping Creme!

For the mac and cheese - you mentioned 1 1/2 cups of water but it's 1/2 cup on the screen. Which one is it?

Hi Lisa, I bought the ramen noodles without the packet by mistake. Do you know the ingredients used to re-create the packet? Getting ready to make these recipes. I have your Cooking For 2 book and love it.

These look great- I cannot wait to try! With the ramen dish, is it ok to double everything if cooking for two? Thanks!

For the mac and cheese, using regular macaroni (or penne etc.) and while they're cooking, grating some real cheese and mixing that in, takes no more time and hardly more effort and avoids the fake cheese replacement product and other questionable ingredients of the boxed stuff. That's what I like the Instant Pot for most: I can cook real food in the same time as industrial food otherwise.

wow more easy ways to use my instant pot. just a quick question are these portioned all for one person or could they feed two? If I double the recipe do the times stay the same? I saved this video as I am sure I will come back to it over and over. more like this pls. :-))

Thank you thank you 😊 I'm a old bachelor I am a grill and a slow cooker guy everything else cast fry pan. That said, I was given a dua because "it just doesn't work "
I tried it out with split pea soup. What a mess. It's winter here so it went right out the door. ?^"=@"^&. I checked out your site and got educated and brought it back in. It was pretty ugly by now but I cleaned the heck out of if and I use it 4-5 times a week.
Thanks again keep up the recipes.

You said “start with 1 and a 1/2 cups of water”, but the video showed written just “1/2 cup” in whit letters. Which one is correct? Thank you.

Found your channel super random but glad I did. question, is a crackpot the same as a instapot. I only have a crackpot.

Crockpot does slow cooking while instant pot does pressure cooking. Exactly opposite methods that lead to similar results. Instant pot is hot and fast crockpot is low and slow

Lisa, use normal pasta without breaking it. Simply fill enough boiling water in the pot and let the pasta (angel hair or spaghetti etc) gently melt down into the water below, and you have yourself unbroken pasta. Just make sure that there is water covering the pasta whilst cooking.
