I,loved the beginning with a passage from Laura Ingalls Wilder❤❤❤. I really LOVE your home and how you decorate keeping the home true to the era of your home. Seeing Ms. Lilly in purple brought a smile to my heart. Maybe strip the mantle to natural wood and stain it to match the other pieces of wood. God is so amazing and He shows us everyday His love for us.

The decor turned out so cute. Honestly i think your furniture color keeps your house unique. So many influencers are doing raw wood and cool toned wood but your warm toned wood is actually a breath of fresh air. I do like that style of wood as well but its no fun watching the same style over and over. I know its sad and fustrating when things break. I still think you can use the frame but take the glass out. I feel you about being clumsy i have ADD and its pretty comomon for people with ADHD/ADD to have issues with cordination/depth perception. You are not alone with the random brusies and falls.

Yes Kristen! I went thru a home construction last year and the workers broke my brand new wall art! And I was soooo heartbroken!! BUT I took the glass out and looks 100% even more beautiful!!!! The brown round with the holes is a water lily seed pod. You can find them in the fall in ponds where there are flowers on lily pads!

Hi Kristen, I love your channel. The round object you were asking about with the holes is a lotus pod. The dried flowers are queen Anne's lace. Your girls are so beautiful! I think they got it from their mama! Your house is beautiful. You can get your picture frame glass replaced at a hardware store. They can cut you a new piece of glass. 🎉❤ Things happen, believe me, I know this due to my own experience. 😮 Thank you for all you do to entertain your UA-cam family! You are amazing. 😊

Your plant in your foyer that you found on the side of the road looks like it’s a dried Elizabeth lace dried flour it and its glory is very sparse and delicate with open area. It’s usually a flower that is local to where you live unless someone happened to have planted one and they overgrow and get very laggy and they have to be cut down at all time and dry, thank you for the introduction quote that you gave us. Girl, I fell 3 weeks ago and broke my wrist. Had to have surgery, now have a metal plate and 9 screws holding it together. Love all your videos, your home is beautiful. Isn't it crazy how a new picture and lamps change everything❤.

I love that the command velcro worked for you! In your pine cone candle holder, you can use mounting putty. Just roll a small bit and place at the bottom of the candle and it will stay. I also use it to hang lightweight pictures. Removes so easily. Love your beautiful home.
Some glass cutting places will cut small glass like that for you for only a few bucks. Or atleast they do around here. Happens to me too. You have done such a wonderful job curating your home over the years. So beautiful! I just love the way you decorate! I love how real you are on here! Don't beat your self up over little things.

You have a dried lotus root there! They are beautiful when dried, but also great in Asian cooking! I have some that I keep out year long in a dried bouquet. I find them fresh at our Asian grocery store, they are great for stir fry, ramen, Japanese curry, and deep fried with panko crumbs

Someone may have already commented this but you can use museum wax in your pinecone candle holder to keep a candle in place. ❤
Lovely home! I love your style! Careful with having eucalyptus near to a candle, eucalyptus has a very flammable natural oil, and even at a distance, they can catch fire!
I have a picture frame like that, I broke it too. I just took the broken glass out and didn’t replace it. It actually kind of looks more vintage without the glass in it now. ❤️🍁
