Is there a 2 bedroom display for touring? So far I've only seen the 4 bedroom one and this 1.5 bedroom. If I'm reading their floor plans correctly, kind of odd why the 4 bedroom has a wrap around balcony, but then the 3 bedroom units don't, but then the 2 bedroom units have a wrap around balcony? So far I haven't been able to find any videos on UA-cam which shows the 2 bedroom unit at Velaris North

Your blogs should at the very least mention the prices. The prices are public to begin with from the developer. Not mentioning them will not make viewers call you that much more.
On a side topic, I will never understand why Filipinos are fixated on having maids in their units. It's human rights abuse to us Westerners.

These Filipino agents never mentioned prices. It all depends who the "Buyer" would be. If you are from outside the country or a "Foreigner" they will topped extra millions. It's a scam!

      Hi,
Speaking of human rights abuse, keeping a maid in your house or unit is not, but in fact, in most cases, favorable to the maid. Because if maid lives far away, they would rather live in the unit/house instead of renting in the same city as the employer. Advantage is Get the same food, utilities, and environment, maybe smaller room for maid, 90-95% of cases I believe maids are not charged for their living expenses, im not saying 100% because who can claim 100%, right? but bottomline is, they get to keep their income for themselves.
Regarding foreigner price, in most of the properties in the Philippines coming from major property developers the price is actually the same. A possible reason why it was not posted is because the price might be too high upfront, and the poster/companies want you to inquire with them to discuss with you the VALUE first before the price, and sit down to negotiate on the best payment scheme possible, most flexible if you are not liquid, and great discounts if you are liquid to make cash payments.
Because seeing the total price now up front will definitely be a “Nope” for 80% of the viewers, but when each one learn the flexibility of terms vs inflation in the Philippines. Each would appreciate it more.
To cater to the 80% of the audience and not just a fallout, they did not include the price.
For the remaining 20% who is the perfect fit for that “high” price high value property that will say yes up front, maybe half of them will be pissed because the price was not seen, for the other 10%, they may react that way but think to call to inquire.
Therefore the post without price is better upon this initial analysis as you can cater to more buyers 90%
Although there is a scenario wherein what if that 10% are the ones who would quickly say yes and beat the amount of converted sales of the 90%? This can only be answered with a proven data.
