How can they charge that kind of money when you have poverty squatters living next to you? Not to mention the view of Rosario Barrio next door is SLUM. The price they charge means the view and neighbors should be top notch ... $600,000 for a two bedroom at Haraya is INSANE when the neighbors are SQUATTERS next to you, the obstacle course park is disgusting to look at, the river is smelly and polluted, the SIDEWALKS are so NARROW too. COME ON !
