Nice open concept but the top selling part of the house should be the kitchen with breakfast table and pantry should not separated.....
What I like is that the living area is not directly behind the front or main door. But for this price, I would expect a lot more privacy from prying eyes of neighbors especially next door. The kitchen does not impress. This house is too big for the size of the lot. It could use less rooms and more yard space for outdoor entertaining.
what village or subdivision?
Village is located near Ever Gotesco, Commonwealth ave.
92M - with the main door Not exactly closed tight (a slit in the middle) 4:22 and the view over looking other houses’ roofs ?!
Low ceiling and living area too small which can only put one sofa. The kitchen is most spacious than the living area.
With that price - it could be more approximately designed with the layout of the ground floor.
