I enjoyed the hot summer last August-September 2023, it wasnt that bad .Kyushu and Chugoku regions. I did catch heavy thunder in Sapporo which sucked because i ended having to go back to the hotel to dry my clothes
Going mid January to mid February to several spots in West Japan. Including a short pilgrimage through part of the Shikoku Henro, not sure it will be way too quiet and lonely in Shikoku 😅

I'm here right now. The weather is ideal for me. Just a hoodie or light jacket during the day, as the shops are heated pretty well 😄
@@xChrisS41x Good to know 😃

I was there from August 4-12. Yes, it was a bit humid, but it was not terrible. I don’t like the cold.😃
That's good to know! I dislike the heat.
Hi Meg, thanks for the tips. When would be the best time if we’re interested in seeing hydrangeas in full bloom? Thank you

We’ve planned for last week of May and first week of June 2025.. Me, my wife and 2 1/2 year old.. Would this be a recommended period in your view?
I think so! It's just a little hot but it's way better than mid summer.
I will be traveling to Japan from January 17 till the 29 is that an OK time? Or is it a bad time?
I think so! Just make sure you need to warm up.
