Danny, by far your BEST video ever!!! We only started eating at La La noodles because of your introduction to the AMAZING Chef AJ!!!! It's a must visit every time we are in Vegas..I loved how you interviewed him and his explanation of you must love to cook!!! He is truly one of the most unique Chefs around..his passion for food is evident..and I loved that he was asked, as a Chef, what's his go to fast food...loved it... hands down, best video, best Chef around..and the food, OMG, I was drooling watching it

Danny, this may be one of your best videos of its type, the food part of Food & Travel, that you’ve done. It had to feature Chef AJ, of course. The whole evening was like we were with you there. That’s a unique feeling and it was great. I want a birthday dinner at LaLa or some special time. He is a very special, person, as are you. This was just so much fun. IMHO the total experience was a 10. Great guests and special surprise viewer from around the world. What a night!

Last time I stayed at Park MGM I went to La La Noodles three times in a week, never a bad choice on the regular menu as well. I need to ask for the Chef AJ special if I see him cooking next time!

During our March visit, we stayed at Park MGM. We always ear at La La Noodles since we like good Chinese food. Ordered Beef Chow Fun and Special Fried Rice. Both looked and smelled good, we devoured them quickly. Don’t know if chef AJ cooked the food, but they were both delicious. We are going back in July, will stay at NoMad, on top 4 floors of Park MGM. Surely, we’ll eat again at LaLa Noodles!

If someone goes to La La Noodle are those items on the menu or is it Chef Aj's off menu creations? Those look really delicious.
Pretty sure none are on menu. There is this, which is similar (?): Teochew Ho Fun 24.88 Flat Rice Noodles, Shrimp, Chicken, Fish Cakes, Bean Sprouts, Shitake, Chicken Broth. I went to LaLa in November last year when staying at the Park MGM and its a solid choice regardless- casual feel, comparatively "low" prices for the Strip for apps and noodles.

Chef AJ should have a cooking show called "Blended Cultures Cuisine." The food he served looked delicious.
Multi-course meal for 3 people prepared by Chef AJ. It looks like DTM might have to wash some dishes with tap water guys or work in the restaurant as EMT. Chef AJ's presentation, explanation is second to none. I finally saw DTM without the hat. I thought he wore it all the time even when he sleeps or takes a shower.
I am so jealous!
