    Thank you for this video. Lots of doctors here, where I live, claim that diet has nothing in common with these diseases, what is not acceptable. In each video you prove that great doctors still exist and you are one of them.

    1:03 dairy lactose if it triggers discomfort, try soy, vegan, non dairy, non processed alternatives
    2:19 vegeteable oils omega 6 fatty oils in excess, need omega 3, try instead avocado or olive oil, add small amounts of walnuts, flax
    4:00 excessive alcohol :avoid see video for details, increases inflammation
    5:22 reduce refined carbs sugar rush, leads to inflammation , choose brown rice, oats
    5:22 remove fried and breaded foods, transfats increase inflammation and increase joint pain cook at home avoid fast foods
    5:22 decrease salt intake across the board, as it is a preservative it is in everything. Choose low sodium options, fresh veg , whole food (non preserved meat)
    5:22 sugar -reduce biggest increase of inflammation throughout body, cut back wherever you can, choose fruit cherries mango pineapple grapes (very dark choc in small amt)

    Food flairs fell like battery acid is running into my hands and other joints. I still don’t have a handle on all the foods that trigger me, I am a firm believer in diet for RA. Thanks for all the Information you give to us.

    Thank you for sharing this info. I have had RA for 30 years. Without realizing it I have, over the years, modified my own diet that closely resembles your suggestions. Folks: it works. Follow the Doctors suggestions and you will have a good day.,!
