Questions please : you don't show splitting the crank to replace the big end ? Also I notice the main bearings slip into the casing or crankshaft and look a little loose ..they should be a tight fit and not fall in? Finally the clutch baskets wear on these engines and rattle at low RPM .. Do you replace or re rivet ? Great vid ... Thanks a lot ..
What about the tafit timing ?? Also it would be much helpful if you provide the parts list life bearings of which section gasket etc that needs to be replaced in a restoration process. Thnx and keep up the gud work brthr, God bless. Waiting for your reply

TG Abhishek i do have some problm in my Hunk. RPM gets increases in 1 hour if ride fuel economy is not gud engine oil level gets decreases rapidly Takes lots of effort to start the engine when bike is not in use for about 6-7 hours
@@kumarmehul421 in future I'll discuss this point in my youtube channel, but here I say in short that bro I'm not a technician but as per my experience your bike has carburettor problem as well as head piston.
Please let me know details while reconstructing cbz 150 engine u r an expert doing such assembly I am totally new so please while making videos please explain about assembling part wise in engine also the tricky allinment such as putting piston rings, connecting rod etc please get us detailed information on cbz engine assembly. You are genius sir. 🔧🔨🏅🏅
These are good engines. 3 horsepower less (more or less) than a Royal Enfield 350 and weigh half as much - they'll also last much longer with less maintenance. Astra Honda Indonesia has been using this same basic type since the 90's in 125 up to 200cc bikes.

Wow, sand blast, paint, and then clean the valves, on top of the cylinder head. Really, wow, wow and wow. It might have been remove valves, clean valves, lap, and then sand blast, paint and then reassemble. Just plain wow.

I also rebuild my Herohonda hunk 2007 model bike, and also restored it's engine.
