      Depends. The colour change can just be due to an oxidation or other chemical reaction. Or cos of mould or spoilage.
      If it’s the latter then don’t use it. But if it’s chemical, one way to check is to smell it, and observe the texture. If it’s not smelly, slimy and tastes normal, then go ahead and use it.

    How is it in contact with air if it's in the fridge?

      if you store it properly in an airtight container then it's not. Once, I had put it in a ramekin wrapped in plastic wrap, and it's possible that there was an air leak. Remember, air is ONE of the ways the sulphurous compounds can react and oxidize. There are of course other factors...

    I thought I was about to turn radioactive after eating it, cause ain't no way i'm blending a fresh batch.
