I’m doing my duty, probably picked bc thats my craft, and in over a decade..I never knew that if someone asks you to leave they home …and if you dont…the popo can charge you for B&E. Dude lived there, she kicked him out and he was tying to go home. She had another dude…she mad bc she caught and called the popo. Me:Thats some 😂BS and a BS charge. Law Enforcement I need you to think about your position and how BS charges can destroy someones for gainful employment.…Please know that the employer dont care about the incident, they read: Arrested B&E. His charges were dropped after a Jury of his peers found him “Not Guilty “. Same young man applies for a job, consents to a background check, then Ooops, although the charge says dismissed, the employer says “Nope”, not eligible for hire. Yo A$$ was arrested for B&E. Dude has the right to explain the charges were dropped.But ultimately the employer-HR makes the final decision. Brah…It’s a “No”. Then hit him with, “we found someone else who better fits our needs” to cover they A$$.Mean while your Pres-2B..can hold the highest position…with pending charges…And lets not EVEN get into my folks with ILOC!

I by no means believe the woman should've been scared from the lady threatening to put her in jail. There were recently 2 cases of this that i know of 1 where a whole department pretty much forced a guy to admit to killing his dad even thou his dad was still alive caused him to go into the hospital from a mental break down. The other where cops were called about a white dude causing problems in a store and instead of arresting or trespassing him like the store wanted, they decided to listen to him saying some random black dude was bothering him so he flipped out. They went to arrest the black dude instead. Found him, pulled up and told him to stop walking and jumped on him before giving him a chance to figure out what was happening. Dude was looking down at his phone when the pulled up and was deaf so he couldn't hear them. I took him to the ground punched him in the face multiple times and tazed him repeatedly because he "wouldn't comply" but he was face down and cant hear. They were literally telling him to do stuff while punching him in the face. had no evidence that he did anything, worst there were cameras in the store that no one bothered to look at and still charged him with assault on an officer because 1 broke his hand punching dude in the face and the other said he bit him while they were on top of him beating and tazing him. And a fuckin judge signed off on that shit. No to mention dude had ceriblelpalisy too. Smh
I would LOVE to do jury duty. But I've never made it onto a jury, sadly. One time I was in the selection process, but I was too far down the list, so they had already picked all the jurors by the time they got anywhere near me. It was really too bad because at that time I had a great job that would have paid me for those days, too. Earlier times that I was called I had to beg off because I had breastfeeding babies, and more recently I was called a couple times but was not even asked to go in for selection. So in all my 58 years, I just have never managed to get lucky enough. It's too bad that there are so many people who don't even want to do it. I think it would be fascinating to be part of the process.
