Last case: The plaintiff looks 20, but her friends look 15 years old! What was she thinking? I think all of them should have to pay a portion, and everything should have been charged for.
When she read “boom box turned off by 11 pm daily” I thought those kids had good parents. Now some of this damage just needed to be paid for by all the parents. I think a couple of bad eggs got invited which happens a lot at high school parties.

When asked about their feelings after the case was over you could tell no one was taking responsibility for doing any of that stuff. I wonder if the mom in the audience realizes how innocent that party wasn't.
To be honest, the kids in the last case were just having fun. Definitely learned their lesson and definitely deserved to pay for the damages, but I don’t believe there was any sort of malicious intent

Meh. 600 -1000 isn't that bad for a large party that you throw for a milestone like 30/40 etc. The 19 year old probably split the costs with friends. Me and 30 friends spent 500 on a masquerade party and we all split the costs 20 bucks each. It was fabulous. If she had 200+ people they would only need to pitch in 5 bucks each.
