I cooked chole today and it was delicious. One thing that I think I should not have done is the tadka, the mustard oil smell was little heavy. But taste was awesome.

When using mustard oil make sure you cook the oil first, That means you heat the oil till it’s smokey and then let it cool down and use it.

मुंह में पानी आ गया। देख के ही मस्त लग रहा है खाने में तो और भी स्वाद आ रहा होगा। एक बात है जितना टेस्टी ठेले वालों का लगता है उतना अच्छा तो हल्दीराम का भी छोले भटूरे नही लगता है।
