What up! We are in Taipei right now for Computex
Not much. You? I'm in Taipei for living!
do lian li booth pls
Enjoy the sites and safe trip!
Can’t wait to see your content at Computex!
What about the fan noise?
For some reason, when I see these workstation cards I just want to get into a career where I can justify buying one.
Or have the company you're working for buy one for you :)
@@GearSeekers I'm an electrician apprentice, might be hard to justify.
@@jacobplyler3470 combine your experience as an electrician with touchdesigner and learn to make massive led art installations.

More AMD so soon! Keep up the great content 💯
Just adding to your comment on ML and AI workloads, I'd love to see the performance on that!
Thank you! Excited to see the next video!
Banger of a video fams, the Radeon Pro W7900 looks like an interesting card. Keep up the hard work
the power connectors at the end of the card makes a lot more sense btw.
I guess the VRAM is the deciding factor about the price tag of this card. I am also interested in Pro Cards performance as well as you are. So, good for covering them always here!
Thanks for unique content
verry interesting looking forward to more on this card
I love the look of blower cards.
Nice to see mainstream channels review workstation cards as well, miss that in few generations now, hope that trend picks up a bit
Thanks for the testing and video. My son does a lot of blender with a fairy basic amd cpu plus decent Nvidia card in windows and it can take all night to do a render. It would be good to know how this does.
I'd like yo see 3d rendering bench marks
The 3-slot blower cooler could strike an amazing balance between temperature and noise. And a blower will never heat the CPU, unlike dual/tripple-axial fan coolers which are commomly used these days, including the Nvidia founders edition coolers. I hope thicker blowers (3-slot and 3-slot+) will be introduced to non-professional graphics cards soon.
great video fams!
Hi, have you done any updates on the radian pro cards? Thank you

It's a gaming GPU it's for work purposes it's a asset to make money if it gets the job it's ohk
I hope the further look at it will involve Applications like Solidworks and Creo?
I’m a 3d artist, I render using unreal engine 5 and path tracer (no lumen) do you think this card is right for me? What would you suggest?
Absolutely 💯💯💯. They were created for your type of work..
What I'd love to see: Tests of Ray Tracing for stills & animations in Blender and Unreal Engine on Linux.
Same. I have been looking for a review that includes rendering software commonly used by Architects and Engineers. Twinmotion has become my software of choice due to its use of Unreal Engine.
What driver are you using? The latest public available AMD professional driver is only for W6000 series. You have a press release driver or you using the adrenaline drivers?
Press drivers
@@GearSeekersthanks. Do you know when the public driver will be released? With AMD they usually allow professional drivers to be used on gaming cards and want to try them in my 7900 XTX.
I would like to see you benchmark programs like Resolume, touchdesigner, magic music visuals, synesthesia and other visualizers. I know touchdesigner and Magic Music both have benchmark tests from the communities in their respective forums. These programs usually let you load visuals onto the ram so it’s ready to go… more ram, more go.
I personally use Magic Music Visuals with a 5950X and an old Radeon VII for its fast hbm2. I always wondered what a true workstation gpu could do with 48g of vram and how much better it would be vs a 24g nvidia gpu.
Its the same configuration as the 7900XTX. Double the ram and ECC memory. Can it run Crysis?
Probably on low to medium settings best
Finally i find this card on your good video 👍
Gear Seekers : 192 ROP-s, 384 TMU-s, 48 GB 18000 MHz GDDR6, 384-bit memory bus, GPU base clock 1855 MHz, GPU boost clock 2495 MHz, L3 cache of 96 MB....this is the strongest single GPU on the planet !!!! If this was a mainstream gaming GPU it would literally be a high end GPU for 10 years !!!! I bet it's efficient and efficiently utilizable as the RX 6000/7000 series at least, since it's based on those generations.
Where's the revisit?
Man, can u do more test envollving 3D work ? like time to render a blender scene or stuf like this
Yes I need this to complete my homework ;D
Hi. I have a question. I use C4D. but rendering too low. Witch one best video card for me? VIPERA NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 Founders Edition Graphic Card OR AMD Radeon Pro W7900. Help me please. .. My CPU is 3970 threadtripped. Thanks.
Get a faster CPU... Booth GPUs will do great. I would get a 7900 CPU
The majors EKWB, AlphaCool, and Comino will not make a water block for the high-grade GPUs. Kind of sad; I wanted to see how this holds up compared to the Nivida A6K. Lastly, this is a pure workstation card, no need for all the gaming specs. None of the workstation cards hold their weight in the game department.
Good video thank you
i have no need for a card like this but i do like these kinds of things
I found the Workstation nerds might want to see it with Autocad (Loading a graphic multilayer drawing). I am not sure AutoCad has any benchmarks.
Autodesk Inventor 2021 has inventor benchmark. I think there may be some older ones for Autocad, Cadalyst? and Revit but not I've tested in a while.
Indeed 👍
can it run small games?
Well at least it's just like 3090 in gaming perfomance with fewer watt usage
Indeed
This thing would be monster playing VR social games where Vram is king.
Ah yes "W" is for WINNER 7900 with double the VRAM of it's gaming cousins.
Honestly though I'd love to see a 24GB RX 7950XT/XTX and 32GB 4090TI 😁🙏
If only Apple kept the mpx slots for a dual gpu version of this.
Wow they went 96bit that's nuts
Need to do some AI testing, like stable fusion.
Jeesh, 4090 is a steal at $1600 in comparison.
Maybe when time comes, I'd have to decide between this n RX7900 XTX, mostly cuz I want to do Blender based stuff, and I don't game *that* much now :P
My main curiousity is simple:
Blender Cycles rendering, 2048 cycles w/ denoiser. Compared w/ 7900XTX. I usually work on static images w/ cycles, and I want to move to a strong GPU for such one day. So I am just curious on how much I would gain, for 4x the price of 7900XTX :P
RX7900 XTX will give you more performance, but the work station cards are made for more continuous work loads. Calculations are what work station cards are made for in heavy applications.
Sir, upcoming blender 3.6 has ray tracing support for amd gpus and Intel arc GPUs.
Key word is "upcoming" ;)
@@GearSeekers yes sir. It is coming on blender 3.6😅😅
❤
But does it play Crysis?
Go home Marco. You're drunk
@@GearSeekers NO! I ishhh something something so......
Looks like there was never a follow up. Specially for the Blender thing, that was sort of the core of what many of us wanted to see in great detail. It's a Blender world now, most of the Autodesk went to junk since their shake up almost a decade back.
Hey Nick. Look right.
I'm here m8
The video supposed to show only architect/design programas (because of nature of the video card) 😅😂😂
I now have a new financial goal to work towards
The Rtx 4090 is nutz
you can now test the gpu cards with a ai setup.
get a gigabyte ai motherboard and test for ai learning.
Pricing is the issue. As always
That's gonna be a AI powerhouse
im just mad its not blue....
Im not sure what I am missing in your video here. Its just a bunch of graphs they tell me this card is shit for the price. Maybe I just dont understand graphs.
$4000 and not even comparable to 4090? Can you do a comparison to 7900 xtx?
Man where's the rendering benchmark? I wanted to know how this card performs with rendering againt the RTX 4090 I know the Nvidia one will destroy AMD when it comes to rendering but still how bad it could be??
As mentioned in this video. This was shot before we had to travel to Taiwan with very limited time. We have another video coming very soon.
Now we need a low power LP version to compete with the A2000
Why is the Asus tuf getting so many more frames than the suprim x???
1080 ti
This just shows me that AMD can make a card that beats the 4090 but for some reason they choose not to in the gaming space.
Gaming benchmarks are useless metrics. Really a waste of time for this cards application. You really need to get a proper bench going for workstation environments. There are plenty of free benchmarking suites to do this. These cards also go far beyond what benchmarks produce. 24/7/365 stability is key alongside accurate renders and workflows.
RTX 4090 just a same result but three times cheaper
As with all this PC related, future driver updates will improve performance. With that said, it goes to show how much of a price-performance beast the RTX 4090 is. Shame Nvidia didn't extend that to the lower tiers...
First
Bullshit
This card is not blue da ba dee da ba dai. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.
what a stupid comparison
Why on earth will anyone buy this 4000 dollar trash if they can buy 4090 at half of the price
No CAD software tests? This is a joke review.
You might want to actually watch the video dwight 0:38
@@GearSeekers nobody will be buying this card to run anything from the Pudget benchmark list. This card is for professional CAD. We need to see it against Nvidia competition. Don't release a review if it is useless.
@@Druze_Tito In most case the 7900XTX is over the 4090 in CAD software so this one should be close (100w less power to use but double vram) and certainly more stable.
@@barbatocedric4246 That's the part everyone is interested to see. How much "should be close" really is. It won't be close, it should way faster than 7900XTX. I don't want to watch premature so called reviews like this. Pudget tests - is that a joke? Specviewperf is the industry standard benchmark.
useless review
