I own a ninja z1000sx 2014 and need to change my stock bulbs for LED
Hi, Do I need to add load resistor?
@@pinoyjoyrides8376 in a
Best video I've seen on this. Thanks!
This just helped me so much thank you😂
You have the best video on that so far thx
thanks
Ok the installation, but you should show, at night, if you got a good beam pattern and depth halogen like, and if there is any glaring/dazzling for the oncoming traffic. Changing a bulb is a simple task.
Perfect video 🎉✅🥷🏻
Can i replace the both bulbs sir same process on both?
Headlights went out so gonna buy this
I have a 2018 Zx6r with the same dust covers. Did you ever end up cutting them?
What did you do ? Let me know cause I'm having the same problem
Do you have any problems with heat as there is no hole in the dust cover ? - many thanks
No, if you buy a led headlights bulbs with high quality heat dissipation, it will be no issue of that.
Tried this on my zx10r 2014. I encountered some errors on the dasg for dampers. Any idea how to fix? Thanks
Sorry, we feel a little confused about your question, would you please provide more details?
Hello, where can I buy those LED lights for my kawasaki zx636 2014?
Mine doesn't have a wiring harness it wires right to the bulb then 2 wires a red and black plug into 2 other wires can anyone explain this to me it's a 06 kawasaki ninja ex650r I've looked everywhere to figure it out I can't find a bulb for it
What bulb brand is that?
No way when I try to install the new LED; the LED itself keeps making contact with the metal clip not allowing to fully install… frustrating
How did you get it to stay??
Hey man I’m having a very difficult time trying to find the correct H7 adapter for my 2015 Kawasaki ninja 650. I purchased the Cougar Motor H7 LED Bulbs and H7 LED Headlight Adapter Holder Retainers. Is that correct? Please need advice, thank you.
Any luck finding the right adapter? I have same problem
@@mikewagon1 did you figure it out? I need the same
does anyone know how to change the daytime running lights on a 2019 ninja?
Buy a new headlight assembly.
By any chance does anyone know the size of the smaller daytime running light bulbs next to headlights? I'm looking to make those green but for the life of me cant find put what size they are.
Probably the bulb size is 2825/W5W based on our search, and also it should be called Parking Light Bulb. hopefully it is helpful for you, if it is 2825 bulbs, related product options link is allalighting.com/shop-bulb-size/194_168_2825_W5W_T10
What do you have to change to have *both headlights (L+R) lit* in normal driving mode instead of only a double beam when using full light? (as shown in the end of the video)
I hope someone knows this.
That's illegal in most places. The high beam is only supposed to be lit when you're driving fast at night without anybody coming the opposite direction.
If you wanted both of them lit at the same time, you'd have to hack the circuit to make that happen. But, it's a really, really stupid idea and one that's likely to get somebody fined or hurt.
I sense some miscommunication. I would like to have both lights lit with lowbeam and still NOT be using high beam. So that the front of the motorcycle becomes symmetrically lit and to create more light on the road (not on oncoming traffic).
@@Martino1DJ That's not how these motorcycles are set up. The reflector housings are physically different left to right. One side is the low beam, the other is high. H7 bulbs typically don't have a high/low setting. It's up to the reflector to determine where the beam goes, high or low.
@@jps2 Ah thank you!
@@Martino1DJ I think you can adjust it to make it low beam
Done Sir👍
Thanks very much.
I have a 2014 ninja1000sx and need to change lights at front
Do you want to change Front headlights? or turn signal lights?
way easier than a car/ truck
Change wiring AC to DC for LED bulb?
No need.
Ok, so I just picked up my bike from the shop, difference being it's a 650, and they claim that there was no led out there that gave it enough clearance to fit because of the fans/cooling fins etc. So I'm wondering do they make one that fits my 650 or not...
passive101 Mine is a 2015 & I’ve received some feedback say that you can seal around it with a thin coat of JB weld or similar products. I still haven’t got around to messing with it. Weather is terrible in South Florida right now.
passive101 Thanks, I’ll look into that for sure.
Any specific brand??
@@passive101 Thanks man. I'll look at these vs. the Phillips H7. 2100 lumens ain't bad. A lot better than stock would you say?
passive101 i have a have 2017 650 too, have we found anyway to do it without drilling since this post?
Can I still them on my ninja 300 2014? What else do I need to buy? Do I need to buy ballast or no? Can I just buy the bulbs
Actually, I just buy the headlights.
These are leds not HIDs so no ballast
left to right is really best than top to bottom?
Yes, for most cars, left to right for chip side.
I Do the same things for my Ninja 650 2011
Did you order h7 or h4?
NONE FIT! ive bought 3 different H7 leds off amazon, and the terminals on the plugs are smaller and closer together than the factory bulbs and socket. help?!?
I bought “NOVSIGHT” for my kawasakin ninja 300 it fit good
Does this kit come with a ballast?
No, it is only the led headlight bulbs, no ballast
Car lightbulbs and motorcycle lightbulbs are the same? Headlights that is.
Yes, for most cars and motorcycles headlight with H7 LED headlight upgrade, most steps are similar.
Yes, in fact when I need new headlights, I go to the autoparts store. They usually have a better selection than at a motorcycle place. I'm currently using some from Sylvania that are nice and white.
I changed my stock headlights to LED and it showed ESD warning light.
From what I understand there is a kit for that you get , it could be that the light flickers and you don't notice it , some require it some don't
Hii guyzz how can i contact you pls twll
Boot doesnt go all the way on anymore with these led lights installed. I have a ninja 300
Ummm, nope.
This didn't work at all. The spring is too close and the LED fan interferes with the clip. The whole assembly pops out and won't fit.
This isn't as easy as you make it look.
Look at those hotspots in the LED light. That's hilariously terrible.
Ok o though its gone be pain in the ass to remove head cover... oo boii.. thats ezy
Clean yo healights first
Can i replace the both bulbs sir?
