Thank you for another great comparison of 2 very strong camera phones! I am using OPPO find x7 Ultra but I must admit that Xiaomi 14 Ultra also has amazing camera setup and capabilities!
I'm all about checking out the wear and tear on those vegen leather gadgets, especially that Oppo. But you know what's really got my attention? The Xiaomi 14 Ultra. That interesting UI is what's making me lean towards the Xiaomi.
Did you receive a firmware update that fixed the portrait shots on the 14 Ultra? Or was it one of those rare occasions where the device suddenly decided to not mess up the skin colors in portrait mode? Crossing my fingers that they finally listened and fixed it through a software update.
I have the CN version and though I'm not a huge "portrait" shooter, there does seem to be an upgrade in the quality of portraits with the latest update (version 1.0.12.0).
For point n shoot my favorite is the Vivo X100 Pro... it's highly versatile with impressive quality and consistency... u can chk out some of the videos I've made for it for reference
This is as per the comparison... night mode zoom is better on the xiaomi coz I think it uses hybrid digital instead of just optical zoom for better light gathering and details

I think the pixel is mostly for point n shoot... The Xiaomi is much more granular and requires you to spend time on your photos for stunning results... It really depends on how much of a camera enthusiast you are
@@thetechphenomena Basically, I was using Xiaomi 14, but sold that due to, very soft images. As I am a makeup artist, I need detailing in photo. Pixel is fine, but I am more towards Xiaomi, for the Leica filters and 3.2x tele macro.
x100 pro messed up with latest update (both photo and video quality) FYI I plan to sell it, want to get back to samsung for OneUI, these Chinese OS are so pathetic to use with basic bugs. Specially FunTouch OS

He was giving him an advice so that new subscribers would have the trust in this channel and not think that this is one of those channels that fake their videos.
The Oppo X7 Ultra is the biggest disapointment of 2024 for me. The X6 Pro in 2023 was the king of smartphone for camera. In 2024, even the Xiaomi 14 Ultra is better than the Oppo.. But the king in 2024 is the Vivo X100 Ultra. I have tested all of them and I really love my X100 Ultra

Did you try the 25mp HD mode on the find X7 ultra? That's the best hd option on the find X7 ultra. It's been optimized very well

I think you'll find the xiaomi 14 ultra to be quite good then... in my experience it has fairly good detail preservation except in some hi-res shots
