Hey guys, I am sorry for the advertisement in front of the video! Its not because I want that to be that way, it is because I use soundtracks I don't have the copyright for! Enjoy the video :)
Thanks for the upload. You pointed out some interesting things such as the stride marks on the track, the position of his head, how tall he is out of the blocks (versus a sprinter), the closeness of his arms to his body, and the speed and angles with which he brings his lead and trail legs through. From a feedback standpoint, I would loved to have seen the start a little more (with discussion on 7 steps versus 8 steps), more comparisons of Grant's techniques versus a less efficient hurdler, a bit more geeky physics like you'd hear from a coach, an expansion of the discussion on Grant's efficiency between hurdles, and what happens after the 10th hurdle.
Hey stevie, I just discover your Channel and you have great content, im 15 and a freshman in hurdles. I have some troubles in my technic and more videos like this one really help me. Great video

@@steviej9332 I’m a hurdler myself in highschool, I’m currently competing during the season too so any videos hurdle wise would be really nice
I really enjoyed this analysis. Could you do more of these on other athletes like Dayron Robles, Liu Xiang and others if you have the chance?
