Thank you very much for this video, David, and for offering your class. I've already preordered your workbook, and I can't wait to get it and join your class. Thank you for having chosen to be a grief expert and helping so many people ❤
The Narcissist interview helped immensely. I’m just learning about narcissism and trauma. So well done. Shared it with 2 grieving friends and they said it helped very much.
I really missed your talks. I thought I was finally healing after 4 years of grieving, but even this brought tears to my eyes. Especially the part when you said " I will hold your hope for you." I never got any counseling or therapy for my grief, but I feel that I have made a shift towards moving forward and learning to live without her.
Thank you David. My husband died 2 yrs ago on 9/25. He was my husband and my only family. He was so kind . We were each others rock. I feel the love of dear friends, but it is hard, and I get lonely. Blessings Carol
Hello Dr Kessler. I'm from India. I recently lost my mom. She was my only family .. my everything. We lost my dad to cancer many years ago. Our journey has been very tragic and traumatic but mom's positivity, vitality, strength and humor held me together but now she was taken suddenly and I have no one. She had a stroke followed by seizures. She never regained consciousness and went in her sleep in the hospital. Past trauma, her loss, my fear of being alone in the world .. is too overwhelming. I am a Master's in Clinical Psychology but unable to help myself. Relatives abandoned ship like true rats after we lost dad. In India grief support consists of your family and relatives. Since I have neither I'm in very bad shape. Though I would like to, I cannot currently afford to join your support groups or purchase this work book but I do follow your lectures and videos and they are helping me too. Thank you for being a true light for people like me who literally have no one.
Geetan, I know that the pain of losing your mother is so intense. I lost mine too and didn't know if I could survive that pain. The only thing I can tell you is that you must go through the pain to heal from it. It doesn't feel like that now but it will get better. I cried everyday for 4 years and didn't want to go on. But, please, don't give up, Geetan. Your mother sounds like she was a wonderful person. Feel your feelings and let it out. Talk to your mother out loud, write down your words, watch Dr Kessler. I know how it feels and it hurts like nothing else. Sending you light and love 💕 Namaste
So sorry I missed you live David. You still help me after all these years. Thanks for your time and kindness. 😊💞
