The smell in Trenton is the old Domtar plant on Marmora st, its called Cascades now, its the big creosote pits they have there,

I wouldnt want to live here when Hamilton and Burlington are so good. If i was thinking about leaving the GTA I bet Winnipeg would be a great move and way better, i hope other ppl in the Golden Horseshoe area also consider Manitoba, better than Quinte West

The smell also depends on the time of year and fish spawning in the river. That creates a very potent smell as well!

If you don't drive, don't move here! Unless you live right downtown, there's no shopping, no medical facilities, no doctors, no restaurants, no work to go to. And...surprise! Little public transit.

Cascades has closed. Smell is gone along with 100+ jobs.

Trenton's not that bad in my opinion, I've grown up here and have had alot of positive experiences, I mean, yea there are A holes but there's A holes everywhere but it's not full of them...not saying you said it was I'm just sayin
