Number 1 i am sill watch this video because jew to my stupidity I had a fall the day after New Year’s Day and fell on my back side heavily at first I thought it just Hurt a lot but at asking my wife to drive my car home because my left leg was in pain and the was no way I could use the clutch properly the next day it was worse so after I visited to hospital and an x ray to my hip which luckily is not now broken but I came away with a set of crutches now just over a week I am hobbling around the house with out them and the pain is no getting less there is a big lump on my back side and my calf muscle but the The bruise is now coming out but before I feel I was going swimming and exercising two or three times a week but the biggest thing I did with my wife is change are diet to more healthy one which I think is helping me to recover I will be 71 in march and I feel a lot better because of what I am eating now
