      I use go daddy and used their website templates. It was very easy to use and might be a good option for you!

    Thank you so much Nicole for all the helpful information. Question.. if the client answers that there will be no elevator at the venue and we’re gonna need to charge them more, how would you do that? Don’t we give this questionnaire after they signed the contract with the total price? Or is this before they sign the contract and invoice?

      Yes I would go in and edit the contract and ask them to sign it again. Because I state it in my contract that they must provide elevator access and they signed it.

      @@gr8moblaze553 yes that’s correct. My process begins with a booking form to secure the date. Then 30 days prior I’ll send out this questionnaire to gather the details to customize their photo and prep for the event day
