I don't like my locking bolts being able to be fully unscrewed! I have lost one in the growth in a wood, and luckily I was able to find it again, so that I could ride home again!! So the ones I use now are two black, large wheels with a Security bolt in the end, making it impossible to remove them fully from the frame. I don't use my B&W box that much and I also have a soft B&W bag for transport. In Denmark Bromptons are delivered with a seat post for grown people, 600mm! Finn. Denmark
Greatly detailed demo. Extremely useful. This info should be provided by default in any webshop, the case is too expensive if you find afterwards that you have to compromise to fit your bike into it.
Good point. Since we been selling bike and bike cases for 8 years we never had once a damage bike from travelling with this case. Cannot say the same about other brands.
Hi 👋 thank you for sharing. I would like to ask from where did you bought this case with these wheels? I can not find anywhere the case with these type of wheels.
As a Dane I bought my black B&W travel box from the German Factory. And in Scandinavia it seems that B's are sold with the long seat posts as standard (As we are generally tall people!), making it impossible to use it directly in the box, without taking it apart. For a test I then bought a 535 mm titanium seat post, which I may use for travels, even as too short for me. Finn. Denmark 😄
I have this case. In fact I bought it from you but since then they’ve a TSA approved version of the case so what did you mean by TSA approved keys? How does the TSA handle the bag without the sentry lock?
When removing the extended seat post with seat still in place / installed (Brooks B17) is there enough room in the box to securely / safely put the the extended seat post & seat in the box & close / lock correctly?
It will fit H6L, no problem but since the bike would most likely come with the extended seat post you will have remove the pentaclip and saddle! You should wrap it in something and you can still put it in the bag.
Thank you for the video! Will a H6RD fit (high handelbar AND rack)?

In Thailand they are all in this format.. You can try asking B&W directly

, Is it possible to fit a Brompton with rack inside the suitcase?
Yes you can no problem

The TSA version just permit international security authority to open your bag if the need arises.
Great video. Thanks for sharing.
Btw is this bag suitable for brompton H6L series?
Thank you for your attention. Greeting from UK 🇬🇧
Hi, yes it will fit the H6L no problem. You might have to take out the saddle if you have the extended seat post though.
@@TinyWheelsTH Thanks mate. 👍👍
If you remove the fixed pedal - R type fits no problem. I use it.
Thank you for the insight

Yes there is. maybe wrap it in bubble wrap or newspaper or some cloths for extra protection
have you tried to fit other folding bikes into this case?
I don't think anything else fit. B&W makes a larger version of this case though
Thank you for sharing.

🇳🇵😅🙋♂️
"Need to take seat off" Aaaand already it's a worthless case.
Depends on your bike spec, some spec you don't need to take the seat out =)
I have this problem. But for transport in a box many bikes, besides Brompton, needs to be taken apart!
Put some shoes on PLEASE....
hahahaha will definitely do next time! Luckily did not drop anything on my feet. It was a very clean room!
@@TinyWheelsTH if that's a promise then you've earned another subscriber hahaha. Always remember, safety first 👷♂️
