Thanks for actually using it and cooking on it instead of just putting it together and talking about it. This is so much better than other channels!
Thank you! I couldn't wait to fire it up! I'm glad you enjoyed the video. Thank you so much for stopping by and watching! Have a wonderful and blessed day!
Now that's how you start the New Year, Charley!!! Very nice pit! I know you will love it! And those ribs looked fantastic!👍👍👍
Thanks, Kevin! I'm loving this new grill for sure! Those ribs came out fantastic. I hope you have a Happy New Year!👍
Listening to you it's like listening to David Attenborough teaching us about wild animal😂 I love it!
Glad you enjoy it! Thank you for stopping by and watching!👍
Happy New Year Charley!! Congrat's on the new Pit Boss. Your rib style is like mine so I know those were delicious and your friend was pleased!! Cheers Bud and take care!
Thanks, Rob! Our friend was very pleased with the ribs. I like making them this way and they are always tender and juicy. Thank you for stopping by and watching! I hope you have a Happy New Year, my friend!
Just got me a smoker just like yours. Thank you for sharing your first cook. Looking forward to using it later this week!
Hay that's great! I know it took me a little while to get used to it. I had the vertical Pit Boss smoker which I really like. It was spot on with the temperature setting. This one is also spot on, but it takes a bit longer to stabilize...which is fine because we want it to be heated up and ready for the smoke. Thank you so much for stopping by and watching! I hope you enjoy your new pellet smoker. Have a great day!
Happy New Year Charley! Great looking Pit Boss! You cooked those ribs up right my friend! YUM!
Thank you, John and Rebecca! These ribs turned out fantastic! Thank you for watching and I hope y'all have a blessed New Year!
Nice one. Looks like a great Grill
Thank you, it is a nice grill! Thank you for watching!
I love my Pit Boss Pellet Smoker (Charleston). It is as easy as set and forget! Happy for You!
Thank you! I love this pellet grill! My pellet smoker (vertical) has been and still is a fantastic smoker too! My vertical has worked flawlessly. Have a great day!
Happy new year and keep on grilling 🔥👍
Happy New Year and keep the grill hot and the smoke a rollin!
Nice smoker buddy! Ribs looked real good!
Thanks, my friend! They were fantastic!
All the best in 2024 my friend 🎊
Thank you, and to you as well my friend!👍
Do you know if it has a fan? For spreading the heat and smoke around?
It has a fan but it is for the burn pot and temp control.
Awesome Video! what are you Spraying on the ribs?
Thank you! I am spraying a mixture of vinegar and water. It helps with moisture, and flavor and helps them cook more evenly. Thank you for stopping by and watching! Have a great day!
Ribs look great! Thinking about buying this smoker. Does it burn up alot of pellets?
It just depends on the temperature settings. Low and slow it's not bad at all. Higher temps will use more but still isn't that bad.
I just bought the pitboss savannah onyx. I'm doing my first smoke in it tomorrow. Should I keep the vent grate underneath the racks closed or open?
Sorry it took so long to reply...Are you talking about the searing area? if so, I keep mine closed when smoking. If I'm grilling steaks, pork chops, and such. I will open it to sear.
Zero smoke ring tho.
I'm very disappointed with the new version of the Austin xl. 9:26
There was smoke ring on these ribs. They were delicious. Thanks for watching and have a great day.
There's literally a pink smoke ring.
