It is safe but Vermont and New Hampshire as states have similar 0 murder rates so I’m sure they have cities with no actual murders. That has to do with one thing…..there are no severe poverty areas in Vermont and New Hampshire so I’m guessing Irvine is similar.

I did some demographic search of this area and it is beautiful but very expensive…..
One has to have minimum 6 figure income to be able to live there…… I can just dream of it……..
