Thanks dude, Absolutely agree. On turns 3-4 at 90 degrees my rt foot comes off the ground and the weight is what turns me. I'd like to work on pushing with my right more to 110 degrees (sedykh told me that one) and then do what you did and step over.
THANK YOU! someone put it words exactly what I do. Every time i froze the tape of me releasing it always looks the same (shitty). and its because I pull the hell back on the weight with my shoulders rather than sitting back on it with my hips. I'll get some side shots which shows this big time.
If you wanna get more height on it, drive your right knee up a little more and step over your left leg a little more instead of swinging it around. If you do this on the last 2 turns especially it will really go up in the air.
the only thing i can say is that u have too narrow a base on your finish. thats why u were so heavy on the right side. you had to lean back on it to counter. kills the radius and kills your orbit too.
To me the distance at this point is irrelevant. But around 15m. My other video is the only competition one, it was my last throw and I didnt release it and it went like 12 soemthing. I like my footspeed but my angle was terrible and it went flat 12m
i just looked at this again and u didnt get your foot all the way around on ur 4th turn. that might have led to your narrow base. it just looked like you were really focusing on the finish and you dropped your right shoulder between 0 and 90 on your 4th. thats probably why you did a half turn. didnt really let the ball lead u into it
Do not listen to them. Never drive your right knee up only around try and keep right knee pointing down. Spin and left focus is everything dont worry about up and down and counter like all the other brainless american throwers. Tighten up 1 push onto your toe more after the heel part.

tighten up turn 1. push onto your toe more during the counter phase.
sit down on it more in your spin, that way in your final spin you have more pull in your hips which leads you to more explosion
also work on more corkscrew on the right foot. Be ready to turn when your in the air that small delay when your foot first hits is killing your throw.
@Stufflebam I stepped out, it was a warm up and I was in control at the end.
stay in.
I agre, I'm working on it, Yeah and I do tuck my china dn it reduces radious, I'm workin on it hahah

not maybe :P for sure
Get some height and youll be very good
maybe u should bend your leggs more so u can use more power from them
