Nicet is for the Technicians working in a company that is Licensed by the State to work on fire alarm systems. So yes any company doing fire alarm and security work needs to be licensed by the State they operate in.

But this is for the county and I’m in a different county but I want to go for the big one. So I want to go for the state or something like the state which it seem to be nicet in my area.
