The problem I feel in this industry is the older technicians want to show the younger technicians as much as they can but the managers and bosses of the companies tells the younger technicians that’s not the way we do it in their company (all about the money)

Having the Same Issue where im at and not just that but a lot of people just dont take Fire Safety Serious where im at only 1 Company in my Area everything is a Mess Fire Safety seems like a joke to everyone
