I think Ryan pushed a lot of his insecurities and tried to control and be with her 247 when she NEEDED to learn how to take care of herself. Why is he driving her everywhere? Why can’t she get a driver’s license? Why can’t she get a job? Why can’t she live with her parents and DATE men?! She just moved tooo fast. At her biological age she doesn’t have time to waste if she wants to have kids in the future.

After watching the first 2 episodes of her life after lockup series, I don’t blame her honestly. People will talk down on her because she left him for another person. It seemed like Ryan fetishized her and was super sexual with her, and didn’t take into consideration that she just got out of jail and needs time to breathe! I could tell he was making her uncomfortable. He also seems very controlling. I just hope that Ken doesn’t leave her how he did when she was in jail & that their relationship is genuine.

I am far from a gypsy fan. Watching this was so triggering to me. Currently going threw something similar in my marriage were I've been called controlling. In therapy and learning that controlling behavior is reactive. The person I'm with shares gross intimate details about me with everyone and has been caught talking to other men online in the middle of the night. She apologized and says she's trying to work on things but doesn't really do anything different. Learning this and watching the show made my eyes open like "oh I get it. Ryan's feelings of insecurity aren't unfounded. She's making the relationship insecure and them blaming him for it."

I’m sorry but why is no one else talking about in the other documentary about Gypsy, Gypsy literally says about her mother “we were tied together in this lie, that was holding us together forever” I’m putting that in quotes but those aren’t her exact words but almost the exact words, she was saying this “lie” had them bound together forever.
So my theory is Deedee controlled Gypsy because she was too afraid that she would spill the beans on the lie, and Gypsy was too afraid her Mom would blame it all on her or used that to control her, so they were forever tied to this lie and Gypsy wanted a relationship and her mother wouldn’t let her, she didn’t want to wait anymore to be free from this lie they both had been living so she did what she did so she could be free and live her own life and she knew she couldn’t until her mother was out of the picture. I think she has fabricated 98% of the story, I mean she even says at age 19 she ran away and stood up to her mother and said “I know I’m 19, I know I can walk” I don’t think that’s what happened, but Gypsy said she told her mother this, and was running away, Deedee scared her into staying or guilted her by maybe telling her she would tell the police it was all Gypsy who was scamming or something but the way Gypsy acts, and now looking back at all the stories she has told, she is not at all telling the truth, the only truth to it is she was manipulated by her mother but I don’t think she was beaten, again even Gypsy said herself BEFORE she was out of prison that her mother didn’t hit her or abuse her like that and that’s why when CPS came and seen no signs of abuse because she wasn’t being hit by her mother. It all doesn’t add up, and remember we ONLY get her side of the story, Gypsy knew that, she knew she would be the only one to tell the story once Deedee was gone and spin the narrative to make herself out to be a victim in the worse way possible. I know most people out there see this too, I mean come on! It’s right in our faces. Gypsy has told on herself and now her story has changed from previous stories. It’s all so messed up.

i FEEL sorry for Ryan. He was Gypsy Rose BLANVHARDS way out of prision and she used him . She used him to have a place to go to instead of a half way house or some other court appointed place. I agree with her that doing a courtship and not living together is paramount for a relationship to work. I could tell her soon to be ex was touching her and smothering her, nobody likes that. I think she married because she was afraid to leave prison on her own.
Clearly she needs to be alone and take her time to craft a successful life. She has my vote!

Let the girl live her life without all the media and stuff. Shes never going to focus on herself when everyone won't leave her alone. This old flame ken just comes back into her life after shes making shows etc is he in it for the $$$$ theres some reason unless he really loves her. I thought that ryan really cared about Gypsy. She never gave the relationship enough time to find out if she wanted to stay in the relationship or leave it ..wtf it takes longer than a month or two. Now they are getting divorced. I hope that gypsy can have a great new life shes actually a very smart young lady. She must have learned alot while being incarcerated for those 8 plus years. She looks beautiful im happy for her. ❤
